07/08/2025: The biggest disappointment. It's not possible to stand in line for hours for a sandwich, and when you get it, the bread is stale. Missing ingredients, very stale bread, and the price is quite high. It doesn't even compare to other places that don't have the same marketing, but that make high quality products. Really very disappointing

The agriturismo is just 20 minutes from Florence and about an hour from Pisa, Siena, San Gimignano, and Lucca. The owners are very friendly and welcoming, and they produce excellent wine and olive oil: absolutely worth trying!"

Federico and his team are warm, attentive hosts who, with great attention to detail and Tuscan hospitality, have created a place where you immediately feel welcome. The menu is small but fine – featuring classic Tuscan dishes, beautifully prepared. The value for money is simply outstanding. We would particularly like to emphasize the consideration for allergies: Our son suffers from a peanut allergy and can enjoy his food here without worry – that's not something to be taken for granted and deserves a huge thank you! The house-made olive oil, wine, and especially the Prosecco are real highlights! Ulivello is always a culinary and human experience for us. We always enjoy coming back – grazie mille!

04/08/2025: The food was excellent, with generous portions and meticulously presented dishes. Service was a bit slow because the restaurant was packed and quite large. The menu also offers many dishes prepared in a variety of ways and with unique cooking methods, so it takes more time to prepare each dish. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and competent. Excellent value for money. I will definitely be back.

19/08/2025: There was a long wait between ordering and eating, and the wait certainly wasn't worth the quality of the food. You can do without it. €2 each for terrible service and a half-empty restaurant. After the response I received, I can only point out that you should pay attention to what customers write; or are these just random responses? So I reiterate: the food quality was extremely poor, the wait was too long, the service overall was very poor, and the restaurant was half-empty, which affected the service (I counted the tables...).

09/09/2025: Absolutely the best fried chicken in Florence! They've truly captured the essence of fried chicken: crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The spicy tomato sauce pairs perfectly, and the chicken strips with fries are also very good. The only downside: with takeout, you have to wait a bit... but I really hope this fry shop stays around forever! 🥹🩵🍗

17/08/2025: On day 16 of my European trip, I was craving Korean-style chicken. I visited a restaurant and ordered takeout. It was delicious. The owner was very friendly when I ordered, and he even told me he'd learned how to make Korean chicken radish, so he even packed the chicken radish for me. It was absolutely delicious. Thank you!!!

31/08/2025: I ordered a tiramisu semifreddo for a birthday, and it was one of the best desserts I've ever eaten! Beautiful to look at and delicious, flavorful but not cloying, perfectly balanced, with a delightful texture, truly expertly made... Everyone loved it. The staff is attentive, friendly, and down-to-earth. From now on, this will be my go-to pastry shop for any occasion :)

17/06/2025: I used to come here when I was a girl and lived closer... I came back after many years and they changed management but, this was the added value of this place suitable for everyone and with many vegan and vegetarian options. Friendly and fast service. Inviting and well-cooked dishes. More than fair prices considering that they left the coffee at 1 euro. Well done girls! I can't wait to come back!

04/09/2025: Decent experience, but below expectations compared to other Hard Rock locations I visited Hard Rock Cafe Firenze with high expectations, being already familiar with the brand and having excellent experiences in other international locations. Unfortunately, the experience here did not live up to the level of those in Bucharest or other countries/cities. -Food: The recipes seemed to me to be more distant from the authentic American style that Hard Rock has accustomed us to. The dishes in Bucharest, for example, are much closer to the original taste — both in burgers and in side dishes. -Drinks: The cocktails and the drink selection are ok, but again, not at the level of other locations. Some details are missing that make the difference. -Service: The staff was friendly and pleasant, which partially saved the experience. However, the pace and attention to detail can be improved. -Atmosphere: The location is beautiful, but it does not have that energetic and authentic vibe that I felt in Bucharest. The music and decor are in line with the brand, but it seems to be missing that "something" that makes the experience memorable. In conclusion, if you are a Hard Rock fan, it is worth a visit, but don't expect a top experience.

03/09/2025: Family-run environment, you feel at home, not to mention how good the pizzas are, my partner and I for the two weeks we stayed nearby, we made a regular stop at the Il Cielo pizzeria ❤️ delicious pizzas, truly in my opinion the best pizza I have ever eaten in my life, not to mention the desserts, I fell in love with their berry cheesecake 😍

02/07/2025: We were really tired due to long transfer time to Florence, this was the only place nearby and opened late, so we gave it a chance. Best decision so far. The owner, he really knew his food. He recommended us what to eat, to drink and please listen to him. The steak here was probably the best steak I have ever eaten in my life and the price was insanely good. My parents keep showing this place to others, talking about their best steak in Europe. Please give this place a try and shout out to the whole team there!

30/06/2025: I'm bad at pictures. My wife stopped in on our 1 year anniversary trip. We both loved the atmosphere of the old building. It has a very rustic charm. They have a wide selection of wines, all lining the walls. The server was very helpful, the menu was small which I prefer. Our starters were fantastic, pastas were perfect, and the bistecca was excellent. Bus stop is only 3 minutes away, plenty of Airbnbs nearby. If you're staying in/passing this area don't miss this place.
