Having lived in Chengdu, China (the heart of Sichuan cooking), we're always looking for Chinese restaurants that can capture those spicy Sichuan flavors and presentation, and Impressione Chongqing did not disappoint. We were very pleased by the freshness of the ingredients, how authentically prepared the dishes were, and as a bonus, the very reasonable prices. The mapo tofu had that wonderful spicy/numbness, and the beef noodle soup was a generous portion of freshly-made noodles with beef chunks, served in a rich, spicy-red broth. We will certainly return.

This is mediocore Chinese food. The chicken wings are too salty and the overall flavor is bad. The dry pot cabbage is okay, just that the server didn’t light the candle underneath while doing that for everyone else who had dry pot at the same time. Won’t come back.

The food is very good. Typical Eastern Chinese dishes, not Western ones. The place is very basic, but the food is truly "made in China." Always crowded...

If you're looking for the authentic flavors of Sichuan and Chongqing cuisine, this place is a must-see in Florence. It's located right in the city center and is a true gem for lovers of authentic Chinese food.
The spicy flavors and the typical "electric" ma-la of Sichuan pepper are simply perfect. If you love real spicy food, you'll be in heaven here.
Excellent value for money for being in the center of Florence. I'll definitely be back to try the rest of the menu. Highly recommended! 🌶️🥢

We ordered three dishes, and they were all delicious!
The water spinach, in particular, was stir-fried over high heat—it was so tender. The boiled beef was also very authentic. My son ate the whole sea bass by himself.
