A charming place nestled in the greenery of Florence. We came in November. The attentive service and the excellent quality of the ingredients were almost perfect. We'll definitely be back.

I had dinner at this lovely place, surrounded by greenery by the pool. Well, what can I say? The dishes were exquisite. We had a six-course tasting menu, and I gave it 4 stars because some dishes, for my taste, were a bit too heavy with oil, and at the end of the experience, I felt a bit heavy in both my mouth and stomach. Perhaps the price was a bit high, €75 per person, considering we only had water and the dishes used were fairly simple and humble. The service was very friendly and attentive, explaining each dish to us as it arrived in an excellent manner. I'll be back for another experience. Congratulations 👏

Nestled in a beautiful, meticulously maintained natural setting, Al 588 offers a refined and authentic culinary experience. The service is impeccable, with attentive and professional staff. The value for money is exceptional for a top-tier restaurant. The wine selection is excellent, perfectly complementing the amazing cuisine. The homemade bread and olive oil are delicious and a great introduction to the overall quality of the food. We particularly enjoyed the fillet steak with porcini mushrooms and the "Montagna Toscana" dessert. A restaurant that masterfully combines taste, elegance, and local tradition. Highly recommended. Top of the list in Florence!

It's not cheap, but every euro is worth it. The service is exceptional, the maître d' is charming and very helpful. The food is delicious and the setting is lovely.

My partner and I had a great time! The atmosphere is welcoming and refined, the view breathtaking... but what I appreciated most were the little touches and the attention to detail; every gesture conveyed professionalism and care. A service that exceeded expectations. I will definitely be back!
