I visited this splendid restaurant a few days ago and was truly impressed. The location is stunning: surrounded by greenery, with a beautiful view and an elegant yet welcoming atmosphere. It's the perfect place for both a romantic dinner and a special evening with family or friends. The cuisine is high-end, highly refined, and you can clearly sense the desire to offer guests a true gastronomic experience, not just a simple dinner. Each dish is meticulously crafted, with refined flavors and carefully crafted pairings. One of the things that struck me most was undoubtedly the selection of their own cured meats: homemade, unique, and refined products, some truly original and never tried before. I had the opportunity to do a tasting, and it was a surprising experience; you can taste the quality and passion behind every product. The wine list is also truly remarkable, entirely dedicated to the Tuscan region. The sommelier explained the restaurant's philosophy and the research carried out on local wines with expertise and passion. A choice that highlights Tuscan excellence and makes the experience even more authentic. A place I absolutely recommend to anyone looking for quality, atmosphere, and a complete culinary experience. A charming place nestled in the Florentine hills. My partner and I had a wonderful time and the food was divine. We chose the tasting menu with food pairings. The staff was young but very knowledgeable and professional. Everything was perfect.

Our first visit to this wonderful restaurant was ten years ago. We've known chef Andrea Perini since before he even arrived at 588. We celebrated our first child's baptism here, and we'll be back for my partner's fortieth birthday. We returned for dinner this evening, after several years, and found the service to be very attentive and professional, with special mention to sommelier Lorenzo. The food pairings were perfect, and we were very friendly. We obviously chose the chef's tasting menu, and were amazed, as always.
