Consuma is a small mountain village at 1,000 meters above sea level. A stop to enjoy the area's typical schiacciata is a must. Parking isn't plentiful, but with a little patience, you can find a place to park your car. However, if you can reach it on foot (hiking), even better. There's often a wait at the Consuma bar, especially during busy periods, but this is due to the quality of the produce. Enjoy your meal.

Be patient because the line is always long (especially on weekends), but the speed of service and the delicious schiacciate are worth the wait. The prices are more than fair for the quality and quantity offered.

We're now known customers, and for that, we're treated even better.
During this time of year, due to the large influx of people seeking refreshments, the lines to be served are long.
It's best to get a number and go for a walk while you wait your turn.
