Mandatory stop! Much better than the chalet at the top. Especially for the vast variety of flatbreads and desserts. Staff a little too "GERMAN" but professional. I recommend the fish!

Top quality material. Excellent choice and very varied. Good and all the combinations. You have to go back several times to try the various things. However, it is truly a treat to be had.

From the outside it doesn't look like it but, even during the week, you find a good assortment of sweet and savory foods. Famous for stuffed tortillas. Very crowded on weekends. The flatbread stuffed with truffle, burrata and ham is a real bomb.

Schiacciata favolosa. Strana giornata oggi. Ieri a Peugia per lavoro, mi concedo un weekend a Firenze per andare a trovare cari amici che gestiscono due ristoranti a Firenze. Oggi gran caldo e piuttosto che girovagare dentro la città che conosco ho cercato: "fresco dintorni Firenze" e appare un posto che non conoscevo, il Passo della Consuma. Bella passeggiata tra vigneti e oliveti e poi comprarla classica vegetazione della montagna appenninica. Arrivo al passo, 1050 mt., fresco sicuramente e subito appare il Bar pasticceria forno ristorante Consumi. Mi fermo per una sosta e scopro che c'è una cosa caratteristica: la schiacciata. Mi incuriosisco e il gestore, gentile e sicuro di se mi dice secco: "si fida di me". Bene é arrivata una cosa semplice, banale ma unica e irripetibile: una focaccia schiacciata, cucinata al forno, con impasto di pane dolce toscano ricoperto di granelli di sale nelle giuste proporzioni, accompagnato da prosciutto crudo eccezionale con un bicchiere di rosso locale. Schiacciata favolosa. La conferma che piccola realtà locali nascondono preziosi talenti. Grazie.

Abbiamo preso un tagliere con salame, porchetta,prosciutto e pecorino con schiacciata ,una bottiglia di vino rosso Remole frescobaldi e una bottiglia di acqua ...abbiamo speso davvero pochissimo ed era tutto fantastico . Una pulizia fantastica e gentilezza. Ci tornerò molto spesso
