A great choice! We ordered a risotto that was spectacular and a beef stew that was also delicious. Excellent service from the waiters. Highly recommended.

I was on vacation with my wife and friends, we stopped here one night for food. Loved the atmosphere, food, and service so much we had to come back again. We even signed up for one of their cooking classes. Cooking class was a blast, made some of our best memories there. My group and I went there three more times in the span of two weeks. By far one of my favorite places in all of Florence, cannot wait to go back when I visit Florence again. Would definitely recommend cooking class with Pietro!

Unfortunately disappointing. We were early diners, like many Americans. Service was only fair—they botched a very straightforward order, left off the fries my wife asked for, finally came as a late course after the mains. Cinta Sinese pork chop was nearly uncuttable with a steak knife, very tough and surprisingly flavorless even with the truffle butter. My wife’s sliced beef was also tough. For what you will spend you can do better elsewhere.

Real Italians work here, nice, helpful, and flirtatious 🤣 but the food here is wow... especially the tuna. I recommend it.

We found this place quite by accident when looking for a dinner spot and we could not have been happier with our pick! The atmosphere is cozy, boisterous but not overwhelming, and you feel like you're in a local place where people come frequently and are greeted as friends. The wine pairings were perfect and the local dish of wild boar ragu absolutely dreamy! We had a delightful evening for our first night in Florence and would happily return!

I went twice as I really enjoyed the food and service, and the prices are reasonable. Thats not the status quo in central Florence, this is by San Marco, a little out of the Duomo area but walkable. Go early for lunch it tends to fill up.
The fiori di zucca were the freshest I've ever had. Everything was delicious.
