The gelato is absolutely delicious! The place feels very welcoming and spacious, perfect for relaxing after strolling around Florence. The staff, especially Sarah, offered excellent service — friendly, attentive, and professional. A perfect spot to unwind and enjoy some of the best gelato in town!

The ice cream was very good, and the staff were friendly. Sara, a friend of mine, served me and her, and she was friendly and efficient.

The ice cream is beautifully presented. Furthermore, the staff is very well-trained regarding allergens! Highly recommended for anyone with food allergies!

So there are gelato places where dining on the product is an ecstatic experience of flavor and chill and texture. And others where it's frozen glop with bright dyes and cheap flavoring. Amorino falls in-between, with decent-tasting (but not exceptional) gelato, professional service, and closely-watched servicing sizes. They also have macarons. You won't go wrong going here, but you might do better if you looked around.
