05/10/2025: Our first Argentinean dinner. We had meat empanadas (excellent, well-spiced, and homemade), grilled offal, and two grilled cuts of meat accompanied by baked potatoes and grilled vegetables. The quality of the meat was excellent, flavorful, and well-cooked, as were the flavorful vegetables. The meat prices were fair for Florence and the portion, but the vegetables at €8 were really high for the amount served. The wine list was well-stocked, with a selection of reasonably priced Argentine wines. I recommend the Saurus we ordered (so called because it was grown on the same vineyard where they found the remains of the world's largest dinosaur, now on display in New York!). The bathroom was spacious and clean. The owners were friendly, approachable, and full of personality. Service was a bit slow, but not a problem when you're in the company of a good glass of wine.

17/09/2025: Such a great restaurant with friendly staff! Had Risotto agli asparagi, Fettuccini with mushroom and Tuscan tomato soup. All tasted great especially the risotto!

03/10/2025: Last night, recommended by a local friend, I went to this beautiful restaurant just steps from the main square in Figline Valdarno. Upon entering, I found a refined atmosphere and a warm, courteous welcome. The service was impeccable, and the food was superb. Highly recommended, and I'll definitely be back!

25/09/2025: This restaurant might be a little hard to find, but it's worth it! It has a wonderful, quiet atmosphere, with a stunning view and a terrace. It's like stepping into a small medieval tavern. The local dishes are wonderfully prepared. Everything we tried was professionally prepared and delicious. The chef did a fantastic job! If you're looking for somewhere to eat but want to do it before the other restaurants open, this is the place for you! You won't regret it! The restaurant is easy to find by following the signs from the main road. It's also in a beautiful, welcoming location.

05/10/2025: We needed a break from the heavier style food and carbs of Italian cuisine. This was perfect. Beautifully seasoned chicken cut from the rotisserie with fresh salad ingredients and great sauces! It really hit the spot! Highly recommended if you're after a kebab!

06/08/2025: Sitting in the garden on the backside of the restaurant, being served by an amazing staff that was very accomodating yet relaxed in a familliar way and feeling the heat radiating off of the garden walls the atmosphere was truly great. The presentation was great and the food delicious. I’m very happy about my experience, it was well worth the walk from the city centre. I went solo but I would have liked to share this experience with a partner or family member.

Interesting and unique wine list... Great guys... I live next door and I didn't know there was such an excellent gem... Highly recommended... P.S. Get away from the chaos of Florence!!!

14/10/2025: Super bad experience, I do not recommend this place, not even for eating. The waiter we had was named Rafaelle , he treated us like garbage and like idiots. The way he spoke to us told us he was tired and that he was not in a good mood. We complained about him to the manager and they did not care, they did not even apologize. So I do not recommend this place at all and that waiter will be out of a job because of how badly he treated us...

14/10/2025: Came to this establishment because we thought it would be a good time we are out of towners and we wanted to have a good time and good food and service and what we got was terrible service Raphael was very disrespectful from the getgo we asked him if he was mad and he said no he was tired I understand being tired but giving an attitude when you are a paying customer and you are with six other people trying to have a good time food was brought to our table and just put in front of anybody not even asking if that is what you ordered didn't even have the pleasure to taste the tomato soup because our waiter never came back to bring me utensils

26/09/2025: Welcome to PARADISE! There's no doubt that when you enter the little door of Trattoria "I Due G" you're entering the paradise of true Tuscan cuisine. Here, every dish is an explosion of authentic flavors, prepared with passion and top-quality ingredients, a cut above all other restaurants in Florence for authenticity and value, with an unrivaled quality-price ratio. Starting with the first courses: the ribollita and pappa al pomodoro are warm and flavorful embraces, not to mention the risotto verde, which is breathtaking and pure poetry. The Florentine steak... simply perfect, juicy, tender, cooked as only true masters know how. Every bite speaks of the true Tuscany, the one that stays in your heart. The atmosphere is warm and authentic, the tables set with flasks of wine perfectly convey the true Tuscan homey atmosphere, which finds its perfect expression here, and the paintings that fill the walls enhance and reinforce the feeling of being at home rather than in the center of Florence. 14/09/2025: I ordered french fries and margarita pizza, the fries were raw, not cooked properly, I didn't like it and they used too much watery tomato sauce on the pizza, overall I didn't like it.

12/09/2025: We were staying in a hotel near this restaurant and one evening we stumbled upon it. It was a really great discovery as we went back there another evening. The atmosphere is super friendly and the dishes are really good. We tried the tomato/mozza salad; the pasta, risotto and gnocchi: it was excellent with attractive prices! Don't change a thing 🤩

14/10/2025: The pistachio cream cake is far more delicious than it looks. The hot chocolate was great, like pudding and not hot water with cocoa.

16/09/2025: They used to be good and plentiful... Today, unfortunately, they're expensive and stingy. You can't charge 15 euros for 5 pieces of chicken!!! The quality is good, but the portions are truly questionable, and we're not talking about caviar, it's chicken!

15/09/2025: I went here with my mother and sister, their first time at an Indian restaurant, and they were both thrilled. My mother, who is celiac, felt at ease eating here thanks to the staff's expertise. Excellent food and friendly people!

28/09/2025: Very nice and welcoming place. It's not at all touristy, there are only a few dishes, but everything is delicious! The owner is very attentive to his customers. Definitely worth a try!
