28/03/2025: Normal prices here in Florence, varied, better than other places, they are good.

21/03/2025: There are quite a few flavors, and the staff is very friendly. Among the ones I chose, I most recommend the tiramisu flavor.

18/04/2025: One of our favorite stops on our 17 day trip to Italy. We made reservations and had an amazing dinner, and they were OK with us bringing our 2 young children (ages 2 and 6). Its a pretty elegant place, so I wouldn't recommend bringing kids unless they are very well behaved! We sat outside and enjoyed a couple of sparkling wines they recommended, followed by a tasting of a Barolo and Brunello (to compare). We loved most of everything we tried to be honest. We then got some amazing and detailed information about where to go and what to taste later on in our trip into Chianti Classico. By the end of the trip we were able to validate that the recommendations from Zeno were among the best we received on the whole trip! We would return in a heart beat, such a great place. We also purchased several wines from them at the end of the night!

31/03/2025: It's a very cute little cafe, we came across it while walking and had a latte, it was very cheap and nice. We paid a total of 3 euros for two lattes.

15/04/2025: Yesterday I picked up my new car, I was fully satisfied with the initial assistance up to the purchase, the advice and availability of Nicola who followed the procedure.

12/04/2025: In the afternoon I enter the showroom, interested in the new Jaecoo 7, the sales clerk, if you can call him that, doesn't even get up from his chair, and having asked questions about the car to find out more, I am given hasty answers, with the perception that the sooner you finish, the better. Luckily they are not the only ones who sell this brand.

04/02/2025: Welcoming environment, kind and polite service, large pizza, rather fine but cooked very well, very good ingredients, really reasonable prices, it feels like home, the only complaint is the ventilation, I don't know why but you take everything home.

We left, but I don't know if they have mute or disabled people working there. Maybe they should hire someone with half a brain to guide the retarded people they're dealing with.

15/04/2025: Love this Gelataria! They have lovely dairy free vegan options - Salted pistachio, strawberry-blueberry, Dark Chocolate, Mango, lemon, red wine Sorbet. They have twice as many options for regular gelato but everything is organic. Their waffle cones are made in the store and also have no milk in them - just flour, butter, sugar and eggs. They have the best thick dark European style hot chocolate too for the cool days.

11/03/2025: Wonderful experience. It felt like a home cooked meal! The owner was so friendly and warm. One of the best restaurant experiences we have had in Italy. Highlights for me: The polenta with mushrooms and the tiramisu HIGHLY recommend

26/03/2025: La mejor comida que tuvimos en Italia. La recomendación del camarero fue puntual y cada plato fue una sorpresa en sabor. Qué lugar desearía que pudiéramos haber ido de nuevo. Gracias por esta gran experiencia desde la bienvenida, hasta el servicio y completarlo con platos sensacionales. Muy recomendable para cualquier persona en Florencia.
