27/03/2025: I had dinner with my girlfriend and my 6 month old son. Excellent selection of wines! The menu is well thought out and you would like to try everything. The work done by the waiting staff is masterful, from the explanation of the dishes (in English for my girlfriend), to the notions of the sommelier! Compliments to the chef and the guys in the kitchen who delighted us from the beginning to the end of the courses! The venison tartare and the blue cheese tart were excellent. The chef wanted us to try the risotto with carrots, duck and coffee (despite the size of the dishes/table). Thank you!! The clientele was international. Fortunately tourists are not enchanted by the usual tourist places. If we are in Florence we will definitely return!! Good job guys 👌

26/03/2025: Sono stato a Degusteria italiana con la mia ragazza e mio figlio di 6 mesi.il menù è ben fatto,con uno studio dei piatti che offrono;vorresti assaggiare tutto! Veramente gentili e professionali. Ottima la battuta di cervo e il tortino di blue cheese di bufala. 01/04/2025: It was really delicious. The atmosphere is great and it's great for a light bowl of pasta. The wine is also delicious.

01/04/2025: We had Fiorentine steak, wine, potatoes and delicious pasta. A local restaurant of the area, no outside seating. There is a high chair for babies. The restaurant owners were friendly and very attentive. The taste of the food remained on our palate. There were no tourists inside. Right next to the Galileo museum.

21/03/2025: A place just a few steps from the historic center of Florence. Intimate, well-kept environment and impeccable staff. The house appetizer and Florentine steak (min. 1.2 kg), accompanied by baked potatoes, are excellent. P.S. By booking with The Fork, you can save a good amount of money... See you next time!

05/03/2025: I highly recommend! Unmissable place if passing through Florence, unique and refined wine selection. Lots of macerated products, original and fun labels. Recommended for those who love the genre and prefer a more sustainable and particular raw material, but suitable for everyone thanks also to the more "classic" proposals. Unfortunately I wasn't able to taste their culinary offering, but the menu seemed very interesting and winks at vegetarianism - something much appreciated (especially in Florence)! The environment is quiet and very friendly, the staff is infinitely sweet, it feels like home! Thanks, see you next time :)

03/03/2025: A much do when in the Florence area! Beautiful grounds, the tour was extremely interesting and informative. Amazing food and pairings. Excellent wines. But their balsamic vinegar you will want to eat by the spoonful! I highly recommend doing the luncheon tour.

06/01/2025: The best ice cream I've ever tasted! Especially their hazelnut flavor, Florence is the most unique. When I feel tired, I immediately come here to eat the greatest nut flavor, and immediately the happiness and sweetness return. I love this shop and if I left this city, I wouldn't be able to leave this ice cream shop. They're closed this month, I can wait, they're reopening now. his boss is a little serious, because he is a professional ice cream and chocolate artist, he is superior. Without him ice cream would lose its soul. master!

16/03/2025: We arrived for lunch on Sunday without booking and were seated immediately. The experience was very positive for both the service and the cuisine. Excellent raw material cooked very well indeed, and in the center of Florence it is certainly not a given not to end up in a tourist-catching place. Liver crostini, truffle burrata and fresh homemade pasta with various condiments. All very good. Honest account. Well done, we'll be back

15/03/2025: Authentic Italian and Tuscan food restaurant. All the dishes are incredible!!! The place is charming! It's like taking a trip back in time where art and beauty go beyond walls!! Very attentive and friendly service!!! We have touched heaven with everything we have eaten!

22/03/2025: Consigliato da un caro amico mi sono fidato. Purtroppo sono rimasto deluso dalla qualità del servizio davvero pessima e dal prezzo davvero esagerato per la qualità del cibo. Eravamo in 6 persone ci hanno portato un prosecco e non hanno sostituito nemmeno i bicchieri! abbiamo bevuto il vino negli stessi bicchieri! ordinato due antipasti un Hamburger una bistecca per 4 persone ( meno di 2 kg ) un piatto di maiale alla griglia patate al forno e un peperone alla griglia. Arrivata la bistecca buona ma ho mangiato di meglio arrivato il maiale alla griglia e l'Hamburger?? arrivato dopo 30 minuti!! praticamente che aveva ordinato l'Hamburger ci ha visto cenare! e nemmeno una scusa. Boh.. alla fine tre dolci 4 caffè e una grappa il tutto servito in bicchieri ci carta nemmeno al tempo de Covid! alla fine il conto. Abbiamo speso più di 42,50 a testa. Davvero troppo per il servizio e la qualità del cibo. Locale carino ma una trattoria niente di più. Peccato.

17/03/2025: A Guarantee, Massimo is an exquisite person, like the meat he gives you and cooks expertly for you in his little restaurant. One of the best steaks I've ever eaten in Tuscany. Also worth trying are the Carpacci and tartare 💪🏻

04/04/2025: Wonderful experience! If you want to experience true Tuscan conviviality and food then this is the perfect place. The environment is rustic and clean, the staff is friendly and super helpful; the food is delicious, there is a vast choice of first courses, second courses and side dishes... in addition to the inevitable Florentine steak, which must be strictly rare! Very honest prices, for being in the center of Florence! Dispassionate advice... try their fries and their meat sauce!

14/04/2025: We tried 4 different schiacciataria in 4 days and here we had the best! Very nice service and super delicious food!

10/04/2025: First meal upon our arrival in Florence, and what a great introduction! The schiacciata were delicious and very filling. We have excellent memories of it!

15/02/2025: I was very surprised. They told me positively about it but I didn't expect much. Very pleasant atmosphere with the possibility of live music. Excellent burger certainly not small and good beer. Service (going to dinner early) really quick. Just 2 minutes from the station, really convenient even arriving by train to be able to grab an extra beer. And perhaps the most surprising part is the excellent quantity-quality/price ratio. Burger+medium beer+coffee and water for two, just over 15 euros. Absolutely recommended.

09/02/2025: Beautiful live music, (I think the band was called Keruak), delicious food and friendly and helpful staff, beautiful venue, definitely worth going back even if it's more than half an hour from home💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻

18/03/2025: Total price a bit too inflated. Taglierini artichokes and lard magnificent, pici with rabbit ragù not bad. Good quantities of the first courses and at these honest prices. Too bad the surprise in the final bill: glass of house wine at 5 euros, questionable quality! As for desserts (6 euros) a good tiramisu but unfortunately a chocolate cake on par with the packaged ones. In general the quality of the first courses was good but with a dish, a dessert and a coffee we came out with 30 euros each, too much.
