16/05/2026: Cozy place, the food is amazing, made with locally produced ingredients, everything is very tasty, the staff are very friendly and polite, the owner always comes to your table to ask if everything is alright, it was a wonderful experience, which I recommend and I will definitely return!

15/05/2026: A magical place. Calling it a restaurant is an understatement. It's one of those places where you feel at peace with the world. Thanks to the location and the splendid view, Daniele is the absolute protagonist of such well-being. He manages to convey the meaning of what he does, of the commitment he puts into offering sustainable cuisine that respects traditions and supports small local producers. Everything in the name of simplicity.

12/05/2026: I returned to the restaurant after the pizza and enjoyed some truly delicious dishes: generous and beautifully presented appetizers, excellent meat and fish, and exceptional desserts. The quality/price ratio was fair. The wait staff was excellent and very friendly. It will become a favorite.

02/05/2026: I don't usually write reviews, but yesterday, eating at this restaurant for the first time, I felt compelled. The attentive, courteous staff immediately made you feel at home, the refined atmosphere, and the food was superb. You could taste the excellent quality of the ingredients, the dishes were meticulously prepared down to the last detail. The fried fish was amazing, the dry vegetable tempura light, and the vegetables delicious. The grilled octopus with a pistachio pesto that was simply delicious. The beef slices melted in your mouth and were cooked perfectly as we requested. And to finish, an apple tart with mascarpone cream, both executed excellently, making for an unforgettable end. There were three of us, and we barely spoke while eating as we savored the food. Excellent in every way!!!

19/05/2026: This restaurant is a must if you are traveling to Firenze! They have a wonderful decor, heritage building and the dishes are succulent. You will find various traditional dishes and their primi are to die for. Especially the poached egg and the carpaccio. The Angus is very well cooked and they have great sides. Their crème brûlée was the best I have ever had in Italy. The atmosphere is pleasant and great for a friendly dinner. I highly recommend Cucina Torcicoda.

21/05/2026: We were so excited to find a Mexican place in Florence! The food was absolutely delicious! We got the chicken tacos and guacamole which were both so flavorful. The tacos were also huge! By far the best Mexican food we've had in Italy. The space was large and festive. There's a huge amount of indoor space and a gorgeous outdoor area for dining too. Highly recommend if your looking for some good Mexican food in Florence!

06/04/2026: We visited this fantastic place for Easter Monday. I have to say, everything was perfect...the lamb stuffed with artichokes and the slow-cooked pork tenderloin were sublime! And the homemade olive oil...you can't get enough of it! The entire staff was courteous, attentive, and friendly. We'll definitely be back!

The food was exceptional, with every dish crafted to perfection and bursting with authentic flavor. Fiona and Cris went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. Their warmth, knowledge, and genuine enthusiasm elevated the entire experience. They gave fantastic recommendations and made sure every moment felt relaxed and enjoyable. If you’re looking for incredible food paired with unforgettable hospitality, this is the place. I’ll definitely be coming back!

17/05/2026: Couple's lunch. A perfect day decided at the last minute. We had lunch here with a mixed Tuscan antipasto...abundant and mouthwatering! A Florentine steak made from local Chianina beef, about 1.5 kg, tender and cooked to perfection, as God intended. The staff was professional, kind, friendly, and empathetic. A memorable day. Highly recommended!

07/12/2025: A perfect evening from start to finish. The Tuscan appetizers are the bomb: quality ingredients, authentic flavors, everything prepared with care that's evident from the first bite. The wild boar pasta and ribollita are exactly as they should be: traditional recipes made as they should be, without unnecessary frills. The peposo is a total delight, with tender meat and a rich, deep sauce. And then the real surprise: the galletto, simply phenomenal. Juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection—one of the best I've ever eaten. Friendly service, a welcoming atmosphere, and fair prices for the quality offered. 28/02/2026: A croissant for €1.30, a mille-feuille for €2, and a small chocolate cake for €1 = frankly, that's a very reasonable price for the quality you get elsewhere. Quite a few people there in the morning, having a coffee or buying something. I'm not disappointed.
