17/11/2025: A really great experience. Outside of the really touristic area of Florence, this place has a great local feeling. The food is incredible, and very well priced. All our dishes were 10/10 with a special mention for the gnocchi and the tartare. The wine list is simple and great and again very well priced. Service was friendly, atmosphere was top. A must go.

08/11/2025: The potato tirtelli and the super-stuffed ricotta ravioli are excellent...topped with mushrooms or meat ragu! The steak is incredibly tender...great value for money!

29/10/2025: I always recommend booking, as the restaurant, although large, is always very busy. Excellent food! The best ricotta and spinach ravioli I've ever eaten, served plain or with the excellent meat or wild boar ragù. Excellent main courses and side dishes, especially the fried mushrooms. The interior and large outdoor green spaces are very beautiful.

01/11/2025: Excellent place! I ordered gluten-free pasta and it was delicious! A friend, Dario, took us for dinner, and the service was spectacular 👌 We're from Argentina. Highly recommended!!

25/11/2025: This was hands down one of THEE best meals we have ever had. My husband loves seafood and I dabble. I ordered the carpaccio (HAND sliced!!) appetizer and the wine risotto as my main dish and OH. MY. GOD. Every bite was as good as the first!! For both dishes!! I’ve acquired a taste for octopus though it’s still not my favorite. This one though was SO GOOD that I would gladly have it as a main! It was woodsy/grilled forward while still being incredibly tender. My husband LOVED the Segreto di chicca pasta with an addition of shrimp tartare. I forgot to take a foto of the desserts as I’d had quite a bit of wine but I do remember being extremely satisfied with that too!

17/10/2025: Terrific restaurant, friendly staff and delicious food. The menu is handwritten and the interior very rustic. Food was extremely tasty but limited options for vegetarians but the ravioli was delicious. They specialise in tripe but plenty of other options.

13/10/2025: The best food in Florence 😍😍 I loved the pastas and the unmistakable flavor of the ciabatta! I'll be back again and I give it a 10/10 for everyone's service, especially Alecio, who kindly welcomed us like tourists. Our recommended order: Tortelli di patate al ragú and Ravioli burro e sage. We ordered both and loved them!

05/10/2025: I stopped by this boutique, drawn by the look of the schiacciate. I asked the staff if they could change some of the ingredients, but they seemed rather annoyed, almost annoyed by my request. The product itself wasn't bad, but probably influenced by what happened, I didn't fully enjoy it. An experience not to be repeated.

05/10/2025: We needed a break from the heavier style food and carbs of Italian cuisine. This was perfect. Beautifully seasoned chicken cut from the rotisserie with fresh salad ingredients and great sauces! It really hit the spot! Highly recommended if you're after a kebab!

21/10/2025: Ballerini was a great finding on our way to the train station. I am glad we did not have breakfast in our hotel. The food is fresh and delicious. The pomodoro panini with focaccia bread is a must. And the pastries….it is hard to decide which one to take. The staff is very friendly and the place is very affordable. After finding this place, we came back for breakfast every day! 🫶🏼 Highly recommend this gem.

05/11/2025: Eating at this local and quiet trattoria was a life-changing gastronomic experience. Every dish was delicious in its own way, but the pasta with black truffle… it blew my mind. So rich in flavor, creamy, you need to try it to get what I mean. Service was not only super friendly, but also very efficient. This place is a gem in Florence!

04/11/2025: Restaurant: Simply furnished, generally pleasant, and right up my alley. It lacks a bit of attention to detail. It's a place to eat, period! Service: Generally friendly, but I didn't feel truly welcome. Perhaps it's because my limited Italian quickly revealed me as a non-Italian? I missed the genuine warmth and genuine hospitality that you experience in other restaurants around here. Food: It was good and worth the money. Unfortunately, that's all. I wasn't surprised, nor were the dishes particularly delicious. My pici plate arrived cold, and consequently, so did the food itself. But, as I said, it's a place to eat, and eat quickly, period! Conclusion: From my personal perspective, an average restaurant that isn't a must-visit. However, the price-performance ratio is good, and that's what matters to many people.

23/10/2025: Very friendly service. Our daughter was allowed to try it first because she wasn't sure. She then had ricotta with fig. The ice cream was great. They also serve crêpes.
