18/10/2025: Service was awesome. Waiters had so much energy and were lovely and helpful. Food was perfect.
16/10/2025: This is our second time here for lunch during a trip to Florence. The first courses were decent. The apple pie had just enough cream. If I may offer a word of advice to the management: the man in the dirty apron polishing his cutlery with his bare fingers is not a pleasant sight.

17/10/2025: Terrific restaurant, friendly staff and delicious food. The menu is handwritten and the interior very rustic. Food was extremely tasty but limited options for vegetarians but the ravioli was delicious. They specialise in tripe but plenty of other options.
13/10/2025: The best food in Florence 😍😍 I loved the pastas and the unmistakable flavor of the ciabatta!
I'll be back again and I give it a 10/10 for everyone's service, especially Alecio, who kindly welcomed us like tourists. Our recommended order: Tortelli di patate al ragú and Ravioli burro e sage. We ordered both and loved them!

Welcoming atmosphere, wonderful staff, and amazing food!
I don't think you could ask for anything better!
27/10/2025: Very nice seafood, fresh and perfectly seasoned and cooked. The dessert was also a highlight.

I asked the staff if they could change some of the ingredients, but they seemed rather annoyed, almost annoyed by my request. The product itself wasn't bad, but probably influenced by what happened, I didn't fully enjoy it. An experience not to be repeated.

05/10/2025: We needed a break from the heavier style food and carbs of Italian cuisine. This was perfect. Beautifully seasoned chicken cut from the rotisserie with fresh salad ingredients and great sauces! It really hit the spot! Highly recommended if you're after a kebab!

21/10/2025: Ballerini was a great finding on our way to the train station. I am glad we did not have breakfast in our hotel.
The food is fresh and delicious. The pomodoro panini with focaccia bread is a must. And the pastries….it is hard to decide which one to take.
The staff is very friendly and the place is very affordable.
After finding this place, we came back for breakfast every day! 🫶🏼
Highly recommend this gem.

07/10/2025: One of my favourite places in Florence! I don't know how they do it, but they manage to keep it local and authentic, although toutists know it. Food is amazing (the tagliata is my favourite) and service is excellent. Highly recommended! ❤️
04/10/2025: I don't understand the reviews. This restaurant is a haven for American tourists.
The atmosphere is noisy, and the staff are running around everywhere. The food is uninteresting. We even saw an employee return to the kitchen with melon and pasta from the supermarket next door at 7:30 p.m. Avoid! Too expensive for what it is.

15/11/2025: This KFC is always packed, with inevitable lines on weekends. The self-order terminals are a lifesaver for ordering quickly. On the other hand, the wait for delivery is still considerable. Luckily, the fried chicken is so delicious that it's partly worth the wait!

19/10/2025: Lunch with friends, the food was delicious and the service excellent. The staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating to our requests. We had three pregnant women, and they were very helpful in accommodating their requests. The Florentine steak was delicious, as were the other dishes.
