04/09/2024: In grilled chicken it is delicious; in chaufa it is very ugly because you can taste the seasonings; in tiger milk that is too salty you couldn't eat it

03/09/2024: Huge portions, friendly staff, and able to accommodate a surprise party of 20 without flinching. Highly recommend (especially the 1/2 chicken for 2).

26/08/2024: A small Italian restaurant in one of the side streets serving mainly local cuisine. A nice place to have dinner with friends. Personally, I can recommend Tuscan tripe. The pleasant taste of soft tripe enriched with tomato sauce. A simple dish, yet captivating by its simplicity. And although the portion does not look large, it is a completely filling dish.

24/08/2024: Good food! Excessive prices mainly for cocktails, plus it charges for tonic and soda water. Good atmosphere!

28/08/2024: Small but nice Osteria near the cathedral. Seating outside, but preferably inside in a nice atmosphere and air conditioning. Attentive service with a good feeling for the guests. Very good dishes with meat and truffles and a wine list with good value for money. Definitely a favorite restaurant worth visiting!

27/08/2024: The food, service and atmosphere are amazing!! This is a more expensive restaurant, but even just a basic grilled chicken breast was full of flavor and incredibly moist and tender. Staff was attendant but not overbearing, there when we needed something but not pushy. Overall a great experience!

29/08/2024: Best night. The setting was magical, the staff were amazing and the musicians just had us singing and dancing all night! Oh the food! Best meal i have had in Italy. Having the different wines explained and with which meal to have them was a bonus!

27/08/2024: The restaurant is in a nice location and the food is good, but the staff is unhelpful. Orders arrived at the table differently than they were requested, resulting in long waiting times. The staff are serious and unwelcoming, especially one girl who constantly showed a rude expression. The area we were sitting in was too sloped and, only after numerous complaints, did they put something under the table legs to level it. However, this caused difficulties for the people sitting on the other side, as the table was too high. During lunch, no one came to ask if we needed anything; we had to call ourselves to have unnecessary items removed, such as empty bottles or plates. In some cases, they served the second course before the first, without apologizing. Even though it was a birthday, no festive atmosphere was created; the staff were gloomy, making the environment heavy and boring. **NOT RECOMMENDED.**

29/07/2024: From reading the reviews I was expecting way more. My pizza was very average and more expensive than any other pizza I’ve eaten. The base was not that thin/crispy and was probably my least favorite of the trip. Service and staff on the other hand were so nice and friendly, even the chef was smiling and welcoming when arriving.

29/07/2024: My family and I stopped here for dinner. Based on the reviews, we expected more. During our journey through Italy and Florence, unfortunately, the worst tasting and most expensive pizza.

27/08/2024: Locale fantastico sito nel meraviglioso Borgo di Badia a Passignano vicino Tavarnelle Val di Pesa in mezzo alle colline del Chianti tra Firenze e Siena. Qui potete assaporare al 100% la cucina toscana DOCG, tanta è la qualità di ogni singolo prodotto e per come è combinata nei piatti presenti nel menù. Il tutto accompagnata da una carta dei vini molto importante, veramente di qualità. Noi vi abbiamo pranzato per Ferragosto pertanto il locale era pienissimo, frequentato da gente locale e turisti, molti stranieri. I prezzi dei piatti presenti nella carta sono ‘importanti’, ma vi confesso che sono più che giustificati, per la loro qualità, quantità e per come vengono cucinati e proposti. Dato il caldo soffocante non avevamo moltissima fame, ma visto il menù per alcune pietanze abbiamo cercato di non privarci di nulla e mangiare anche alcune a mezzo. Abbiamo preso: (2) La nostra cipolla ripiena al pecorino di Pienza e Tartufo; (2) Taglierini con grattugiata di Tartufo fresco; (1) Filetto di manzo al tartufo nero; (2) Patate di Colfiorito al forno; (1) Crema di mascarpone con frutti di bosco e le nostre lingue di gatto; (1) Bottiglia di acqua naturale; (1) Bottiglia di vino rosso Carobbio (Sangiovese) 2016; (2) Caffè Espresso. Conto totale di 211 euro per 2 persone che ritengo più che giusto per quanto mangiato, sia per la qualità del cibo, che per la sua quantità oltre al servizio offerto, veramente di livello, cordiale e nei tempi. Nota di merito e non banale: Il personale arriva al tavolo per chiedere di portare via i piatti solamente quando tutti i commensali hanno finito di mangiare…. Cosa che alla quale non ero più abituato, ma che è basilare per un buon servizio. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente, ve lo consiglio anche per la pizza che abbiamo assaggiato tempo addietro. Complimenti alla cucina ed allo staff di sala.

18/08/2024: Absolutely wonderful! Nice place in Florence with a delicious pasta vongole. We had the pizza tonno and I think it is the best pizza I have had (and I often go to Nnea in Amsterdam and Mama in Paris, this surpasses both). The gentleman who helped us is warm and friendly, you can sit inside or outside and it is very affordable. P e r f e c t!

04/08/2024: A large restaurant on the sports field with a cozy garden area. The food selection is not very large (not everything is available). It is better to choose pizza, it is more hearty.

05/08/2024: This was the best sandwich we had during our trip across Italy! There are so many options but they are very helpful in making sure you get the ingredients you want. The focaccia bread is perfect!

07/08/2024: The best brioches I tried in Italy, they are made on site, they are not one of those industrial ones, in the morning they give them to you warm, freshly baked and the price is very reasonable, highly recommended

30/08/2024: Discovered this gem on a whim and boy am I happy I did! A friend and I had a very long leisurely aperitivo here. The tagliere (meat and cheese boards) are delicious and high quality. The owner was welcoming and knowledgeable. Leonardo helped us choose wines throughout the evening. We especially loved the ambience. Located on a quieter street, great music, lots of books available to peruse and purchase inside. We will definitely be back. PS They open at 19:00, the Google information is incorrect, and they are unable to have it corrected.
