A beautiful place surrounded by greenery, serving excellent, refined Tuscan cuisine, expertly executed. The pizza is also delicious, with seasonal ingredients!

I spent a month in Italy both in the city center of Florence but also in the hills of Bagno di Ripoli. During my stay, I had dinner here 3 times! The food is outstanding, as is the house wine and the service! My last dinner was with my son and his gf; it was my son's 25th birthday and they made it a very memorable experience! The food is out of this world!!!

Great place, even for large groups. Excellent grill. Service is attentive and the staff is friendly. Highly recommended. The outdoor area is also beautiful, perfect for spring/summer. A delightful discovery.

The local side dishes were delicious, especially the truffle shell pasta appetizer! The blue aperitif was excellent, and the wine from the winery was of high quality and very smooth! The steak dishes were also very good! There was also live Italian music performance!

Every dish is as if kissed by God. The atmosphere is beautiful. This place should be preserved and visited with good friends, to whom you want to show what Italian dishes and the atmosphere of an Italian restaurant should be.

17/04/2026: I had an absolutely outstanding experience at Osteria del Proconsolo—easily a 5-star evening from start to finish. The food was exceptional, with every dish crafted to perfection and bursting with authentic flavor. You can really tell there’s passion and attention to detail behind everything that comes out of the kitchen. What truly made the night special, though, was the service. Fiona and Cris went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. Their warmth, knowledge, and genuine enthusiasm elevated the entire experience. They gave fantastic recommendations and made sure every moment felt relaxed and enjoyable. If you’re looking for incredible food paired with unforgettable hospitality, this is the place. I’ll definitely be coming back!
