Looking for a quiet, casual, casual brewery with craft beers and a relaxed atmosphere, away from the city center vibe? I'd say this place is a great choice. The beers are more than decent (we tried the IPAs and the Pile), and there's no table service, which is fine. Stools overlooking Via Santa Croce are available in the evening.

We loved this place so much that we visited three times while we were in Florence. I’m a craft beer fan and thought their selection was great and the food was wonderful as well as the atmosphere. mostly local customers The staff was friendly and welcoming.

Cannot recommend this place enough. Limited Italian but the place is super welcoming, lively, and the beer is great. Good beer recs and a place to beat the heat.

I liked this brewery. The beer they produce is called Agua Brewing Company, so if you're like me and enjoy trying brewery-produced beer, then you should definitely try ABC (Agua Brewing Co).

25/07/2026: This place was a treat from the moment we reached the front door. Stunning interior, beautifully dressed and engaging staff, dramatic and yet small kitchen fully exposed by floor-to-ceiling windows, exceptional china and perfect food. Fun, delicious and an all-around 10. Our party of four went for my 60th birthday and wouldn’t change a thing. We loved it! I only wish I were more of a snap while eating person but I did get a few pics. When in Florence, this gem is a must!

The combinations of ingredients for each dish blend perfectly together and it offers both the menu degustazione of 5 dishes or option 'a la carte' with a minimum order of 3. Professional staff and quiet atmosphere, highly recommended for a special occasion dinner
