The specialty is classic offal, especially the lampredotto, prepared here to its finest expression, tasty and delicate: truly one of the best I've ever eaten, even the version used to season tortelli, unparalleled! A convivial and welcoming osteria with a kitchen, harking back to an increasingly rare tradition, so honest and familiar: more comfortable than street food but just as authentic. Typical Tuscan cuisine with many lampredotto-based dishes. I've been there many times and have never been disappointed! The lampredotto cacciucchino is special, and the service is always friendly.

We were traveling within Italy and a local potter told us about this place. One of the best meals we had the whole trip!

Found it by chance online. It doesn't look very inviting from the outside, but inside it's a bit small but clean, and we had a wonderful meal! The staff is very friendly and helpful. I recommend it for a quick, tasty, and unpretentious lunch.

What can I say? It's an amazing place. I've eaten so much and so well, it's a shame I can't come more often, living in Bergamo. The lampredotto ravioli are amazing, as is the caciucco. The menu has a wide selection, I'd love to go back to try the rest. For lunch, it's best to check availability, as there aren't many tables. In the summer, it's nice because it's air-conditioned. Excellent Tuscan lunch.
