It was the best meal we had in Florence. We tried the Roman salad for appetisers, the risotto and the octopus for main courses and the white chocolate and strawberries cake for dessert. Everything was perfect and the service was amazing amazing amazing. They take intolerances and allergies seriously.

We opted for the four-course menu. The staff were incredibly friendly, the setting beautiful, and the cuisine refined and full of flavor. However, I can't give it five stars because the portions were insufficient, and I left still feeling hungry 😐

Without a doubt, the best restaurant I've ever been to. The value for money is nothing short of amazing. Each course surpasses the previous one and is truly amazing. The dessert selection is the perfect end to an impeccable dinner, from start to finish. Extremely kind staff, attentive to detail but never intrusive. Comfortable and private location.

Amazing experience at iO. The food was absolutely delicious. Every dish had incredible flavor and you could tell a lot of thought went into how each course was prepared and presented. The service was also exceptional. David, my waiter, took time to explain each dish in detail, which made the experience even more enjoyable and helped me appreciate every ingredient behind the food. I highly recommend for a date night or going solo if you are a food lover.

30/12/2025: It was seriously delicious, and the staff and owner were super friendly. It wouldn't be an exaggeration to say it's the best in the world. Reservations are highly recommended. I tried to make a reservation, but I thought it was fully booked, so I couldn't eat there. But they said I could eat right away, so I just sat down. I was planning to meet another person, but there were only two seats, so I had to leave one person behind. It was so delicious and enjoyable that I have no regrets or regrets. It was like a gift. It's hard to express this satisfaction in English, so I'll leave it in my native language. It seems to be famous even among Koreans. Half locals, half tourists. The assorted salami and artichoke salad are not optional, but a must.
