Excellent food. Next level flavours. I only wish they served the steak starting at 0.5 kgs. At 1 kg min that’s a lot to have (or waste) if it’s just 1 person. Pigeon was exquisite. As was the chicken liver pate. House red wine was ok - not exceptional but nice enough.

Very good food in a neighborhood on the edge of the center. The shop does not have anything special in its appearance or decoration but the atmosphere is warm and the service friendly. We ordered a variety of cheeses (which turned out to be quite a bit), two "pasta" dishes which were very tasty and a fiorentina which was really well cooked (maybe a bit too much salt but ok). Overall, the store is expensive.

Just amazing. Me and my partner walked by and decided to try this place later. When we showed up later that night the place was super crowded. They took our names and reserved a seat 30 minutes later.
It was worth the wait, these two lads were working super hard to provide all the tables with the best service. We had the Florence steak with some sides, wine and dessert. We were super satisfied.
Shoutout to the kitchen staff whom we never saw. Cozy place, though small. Super nice staff with good English and great service. Would visit Florence again just for this.
Try reserve a table they had to deny people who came later when everything was full.

In this place we had one of the best dinners during our entire stay in Italy. Excellent food and service. It is a small place but of very good quality. Highly recommended!

We were told by friends not to miss this place so we reserved before we left for Italy. It is a tiny place and kind of warm inside (It was warm in Mid-October), so don’t worry about dressing up.
The food was delicious. We shared a T-bone steak. We each had starters (I had some grilled watermelon thing and my partner had scallops- both were small but so tasty) The steak was very good.
This place is pricier than other local choices but we had a really nice meal (About $150 for two glasses of house wine, two starters and a steak). The steak is by the pound so we did not know how much we would actually be paying). I think it was definitely worth it for us but if you are on a budget, you may want to do something else.
