A brilliant find among so many excellent places to eat in Florence. 'Gas', our server was a real star and so helpful. This was the BEST carbonara I've ever eaten. And at a good price too. Thanks to all the crew.

Food and service were excellent. The only thing that warranted the 4 stars in mood was the traffic which was a bit much at times. Great pasta, great steaks, and very friendly service.

17/03/2026: Very nice and unique place, very good cocktails, friendly and professional staff, or go early to avoid crowds
12/03/2026: We randomly went here as other restaurants were closed and god was that a blessing. The food was incredible, tasted amazing, big portions and beautiful plating. The ambient is also stellar, they have a bar in house which is on the other side of the place so it doesn't bother the dining experience. The staff makes you feel at home and well taken care of. The experience was so good we came back the next night. If you are in the area this restaurant is a must stop. Special thanks to the young staff member that got us the ragu recipe. We will be coming back to this place 100%

17/06/2026: The cake was as fantastic as we remembered it! Now, just like 10 years ago at our wedding, we chose this cake for our anniversary. Everyone loved it, and it made us look great. THANK YOU! 🥰
02/06/2026: We relied on pastry chef Marco for our son Tommaso's baptism cake! We were confident in the outcome because Marco had made our wedding cake a few years ago and it had been a success. So we turned to him again for the baptism cake and, what can I say, everything was perfect! The cake was delicious as well as beautiful; it was exactly how we wanted it. Marco is always very helpful and courteous; for both the wedding and the baptism, he welcomed us and listened to our requests, fulfilling them completely. Thank you so much, and see you next time! 🔝💯
