09/08/2025: Going to start by saying the food was very good, my compliments to the chef. However the service and experience was TERRIBLE. I'm not sure if the chef was having a bad day or not but he was being a little arrogant and standoffish. The guy looked depressed and upset the entire time too. Our first experience at a place like this, and it was ruined by a bad attitude. Not just us, others too.

05/08/2025: We visited Zeb about a week ago, curious to try the dishes many have spoken positively about, despite reading some less-than-glowing comments about the chef. Unfortunately, our experience didn’t live up to the hype. That day, they were only accepting cash, which made things tricky. As a group, we were limited in what we could order since there are no nearby ATMs. Regarding the chef—many of the comments were accurate. His manner was surprisingly rude, and there seemed to be a stark difference in how he treated Italian-speaking guests compared to others. He profoundly apologised to italian guests for the cash inconvinience and explained in detail where to find the closest ATM. English speaking customers merely got told in a cold manner about it. When my partner asked which pasta was creamy, like a carbonara, he was laughed at in a condescending manner and asked if he saw carbonara in the menu...which is not what he meant at all. While I understand the chef has crafted this menu, the way it’s presented, with pressure to decide on the spot, makes it difficult to ask questions without feeling belittled. It definitely took away from the overall dining experience. While the chef was reading the menu, the waiter came to pour us some water. As the chef wants undivided attention, he stopped reading the menu and we all awkwardly watched this poor waiter shake while trying to pour 4 glasses of water. Only when finished, did the chef continue reading the menu. It was awful to watch. As for the food: of the three dishes we tried, only one stood out—the ravioli with pear. Unfortunately, the peposo was overwhelmingly peppery and unbalanced, and the rice-filled tomato was bland and underwhelming—something you’d expect from a basic home recipe or a generic restaurant. Disappointingly, the dishes we were most looking forward to, the lengua and tripe, weren’t available that day. Overall, the experience was disappointing—from the atmosphere to the food and service. Given the prices and michelin recommendation, we expected more warmth, flavour, and hospitality. I look forward to come back to Florence but never returning to Zeb. I don't think its worth ruining your day/night in the hope of trying some good food (which wasn't even the case for us). The atmosphere and terrible experience with the chef left us all feeling uneasy, unhappy and dissapointed.

27/06/2025: Fantastic ice cream shop!!! While I was out making deliveries in Tuscany, I came across this idyllic place. They have a lot of flavors that I really like, including Bronte pistachio, which is also the Tuscan one. After the first taste I immediately understood the level of the raw materials used. They also make fresh fruit and almond granitas. If you happen to be in these parts, it's worth stopping by and getting a nice refreshing ice cream. I'll be back so I can try the other flavors too. You're really good 😋😋

19/08/2025: Aperitif with a view, well-stocked and plentiful, even for those arriving around 9 pm. Finger food, a first course, and a fruit skewer with dessert. Friendly and helpful staff. Recommended!

25/07/2025: A good aperitif for €20 on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with an all-you-can-eat buffet offering good food, a drink, and a small first course and dessert served by attentive staff. Excellent view of the dome, though a bit far away. We'll definitely return.

16/08/2025: I ordered takeout for pickup. The service was friendly and fast. The uramaki dragon rolls and vegetarian options were very good. Unfortunately, the Pad Thai was a real disappointment; they were completely devoid of seasoning and therefore all sticky and impossible to eat. I wasn't entirely satisfied.

15/08/2025: I come here very often with my friends and my boyfriend. The sushi is spectacular, the owners are really kind and friendly, and the taco sushi is a must-try! I highly recommend it :)

31/08/2025: It was bland and tasteless. I was quite curious about how a plate of fried noodles that had no taste at all and had to be added with six-po chili powder to be swallowed could be cooked in the kitchen with the noise of a stove just like in a Hong Kong-style tea restaurant. Of course, the advantage is that it is surprisingly cheap, but the quantity is not enough to make people shut up because of the price, not to mention the taste is also terrible. After opening the lid, I found that compared with a Chinese restaurant with a similar positioning next door, even if the amount of shredded chicken in the "chicken fried rice" was increased according to the most minute monetary unit and cost ratio, it is impossible to reach the amount of fried rice, noodles and meat in other Chinese restaurants that cost 9-10 euros per portion. Among the four dishes, only the fried crispy duck was good. The bamboo shoots in the satay beef were a bit too vicious, and the soup was too thin. I respect those who strongly recommend this dish, but you have to allow me to say that other people's taste is indeed hell! PS If you are not a regular customer and are just curious about the taste of the restaurant at this price... I definitely don't recommend coming here specifically

27/05/2025: Knowing that we are not locals they brought us a spit of drink passed off as normal, when it was very obvious that it was not. They think they are being smart but by doing so they lose customers, in fact all the other evenings we spent elsewhere, they were happy

07/09/2025: Yesterday at Caffè Rivoire, I overheard an argument between the cashier and a colleague: the manager treated him horribly, using a truly disrespectful tone. Hearing phrases like "you shouldn't ask questions, you should act" made me tense with annoyance. I understand that a €1.80 coffee in Piazza della Signoria (one of the most beautiful and important squares in the world) is justified by the location, but I would have expected at least a calm and welcoming atmosphere. There was an extremely tense atmosphere in the air. It's sad to note that even in 2025, there are places where the work environment is toxic and respect for others seems completely lacking.

16/08/2025: The location and the parking can be misleading... from the outside I wouldn't have given it a cent (even though the place had been recommended by acquaintances... from Turin)... The schiacciata, the cantucci, the cereal biscuits, the torta della nonna... everything delicious and fair prices.

02/08/2025: We got cappuccinos and four croissants (two an then again two) with pistachio filling and it was perfect. Fully filled so we were super satisfied! It was really cheap, coffee was also good and service was nice, overall would recommend!

13/08/2025: The reception was excellent, the girl was very kind! Perfect gluten-free pizza! Very good value for money, we had a great time. A delicious appetizer of cicciotti with mortadella and pistachio, two 50cm pizzas, a Margherita with stracciata and nduja, a red four-cheese pizza, and two bottles of water, €44! €22 per person for a perfect dinner.

12/08/2025: Looking for a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere with wonderful Italian dishes and wines? Then Rudolfo is the right place for you. It's not a five-star restaurant, but the village atmosphere and the extremely friendly service with typical Italian charm make your stay a pleasant experience. It's a meeting place for the villagers, making it a truly authentic restaurant. Naturally, the food is freshly prepared and is a treat for body and soul. Even if the restaurant closes, you can always stay longer. Enjoy your meal and thank you.

19/06/2025: New but already old facility. Night games you can't see much because of the floodlights pointed in an absurd way. Large portions of the field are semi-dark🤦🏻 The huge nets in front of the stands limit visibility, and if you stand under the stands right next to the field you realize that the 2 cm thick plexiglass is never cleaned. Result you can't see a thing even that far down. Non-existent bar, only a couple of coin-operated machines. Really a shame
