07/07/2025: I love La Torre bread. Since I tried it, I haven't bought anything else. It seems more expensive than the regular bread we find in supermarkets, but that's not the case, and the quality is far superior and, most importantly, organic.

21/04/2026: If you are craving pizza and are in the area, this is the place to go! The restaurant is very simple but offers a great diversity of pizza choices including gluten free and lactose free. Don’t be fooled by its outside look, it often fully booked even on Sundays. So do book before coming!

24/12/2025: The quality of the food found at this delicatessen and the kindness and expertise of the owners are inversely proportional to the space within the shop, which is meticulously cared for down to the smallest detail. I give them a 10, and I swear I've used them for events, lunches, and important dinners. What more can I say? From the bread on up, everything is excellent. Some might say it's a bit pricey... well, quality comes at a price everywhere.

16/12/2025: The Chapel of the Lily is located at Via Borgo Pinti 58, within a convent with an adjoining beautiful church dedicated to Santa Maria Maddalena de' Pazzi. The chapel has undergone extensive restoration work by the Superintendency of Archaeology and Fine Arts of Florence, Prato, Pistoia. The guided tour, organized by the Superintendency, was led by the same restorers as the chapel and the architect in charge of the restoration. We explored the history of the monastic complex of Santa Maria Maddalena de' Pazzi, but above all, we were shown the difficulties encountered in restoring the splendid frescoes by Poccetti, a talented, yet little-known, Florentine painter. These frescoes, unfortunately in serious condition, are nevertheless incredibly fascinating.
