23/11/2025: The room was a great size, BUT the shower is TINY. You can barely move :( They should distribute the space better. The location is amazing, 2 blocks from Piazza Navona and close to bus stops that take you to the Colosseum if you don't want to walk 50 minutes. Keep in mind there's no elevator. And tip: right next door there's a GREAT pizzeria. I recommend the Diavola and the Margherita.

15/09/2025: Great place to go for a light pizza. The pizzas are good and thin, with fair prices. The atmosphere is homey, with plastic chairs outside. Inside, it's a bit noisy. Good selection of beers. A round of applause also goes to the off-menu spaghetti allo scoglio: absolutely excellent!

06/12/2025: The post-apocalyptic atmosphere isn't something I personally like; it makes it look run-down. The service is average, though not very attentive. The food is acceptable, nothing special, although the portions are large. The price is good.

24/11/2025: It's a pricey place, but you can't afford to pay €18 for a round of pizzas for a table of four, where you get an appetizer to share among eight, followed by a Margherita, a mushroom and olive pizza, and a cooked ham, all three to share among four, giving us water to drink and leaving us still hungry. Highly not recommended, a shame about the very nice atmosphere.

07/10/2025: Knowing they're in the wrong, rather than remedy the situation, they prefer to lose customers. But then the stupidity of serving Fiorentina on cold stone! ... No no it's right there, the Burchio shop under the terrace of the "antica trattoria del Burchio", in front of the parking lot and behind the field. You also act as a bit of a bar / tobacconist / delicatessen counter etc. I'll attach the receipt if it's not thrown away. Prices are different given the service and quality. The highlight is the single dish that they make a combination of first course, second course and side dish, €10 excluding drinks. Not even a bird would be satisfied, in fact we got up and stopped at Massimo's kiosk, further on.

It's an interesting approach, which can make dinner a pleasant social occasion for those seeking tradition and culinary stories. That said, our experience suffered at crucial points. The Florentine steak arrived cold, and even after asking to reheat it, it remained lukewarm: a detail that greatly impacts the enjoyment of the house's signature dish. The service was adequate but unwelcoming—not even a smile—and the place appears neglected and in need of some renovation and upkeep. Despite all this, the price is quite high. In short: good for tourists attracted by the atmosphere and the idea of ​​a shared table, less suitable for Italian customers who are passionate about food and dining culture and seek attention to detail, temperature of the dishes, and warm, personal service. With a few tweaks to cooking times, hospitality, and space, CocoLezzone could offer an experience worthy of its history.

27/10/2025: We wanted to have an apero on a Sunday evening before dinner. We were living in an Airbnb in the neighborhood that is why we choose to go there. The place is very nice. Full of young people and life. The drinks are of good quality and the service fast and polite.

09/07/2025: Hemos estado en numerosos lugares de Italia y ésta debe haber sido la peor comida de todas. Éramos 4 y a ninguno le gustó la comida. A dos de nosotros nos dieron lasanga, todavía estaban congeladas en el medio, las enviamos de regreso. Los recalenté y tenían el mismo sabor que los que se compran en la sección de congelados de un supermercado. No es lo que vinimos a buscar a Italia. 1 persona recibió pizza 🍕 nuevamente no comestible. Una persona pidió carne asada con patatas asadas. Más bien como patatas hervidas o cocinadas en microondas. Muy desafortunado. Cuando el camarero preguntó cómo estaba nuestra comida, mi marido dijo: muy decepcionante 😞 el camarero hizo una mueca y se alejó diciendo: bueno, que se joda entonces. Muy decepcionante.

08/11/2025: This place I went to for a birthday party. I had pizza for twenty people, and not one of them had eaten more than four slices. For €18 per person, it seemed a bit pricey. The service was slow, and the place was not very welcoming. I wouldn't recommend it unless it's for a casual dinner.

23/09/2025: The food was impeccable. We saw the chef and told him everything was delicious, but he didn't seem to understand. He told us his food is only for Italian palates, not for foreigners. Too bad, he doesn't seem to understand that his restaurant's main source of income is from the surrounding hotels. So we can avoid repeating it and let the owner have a chat with his chef.
