25/09/2025: We have been in italy for 11 days, in 5 different cities and can say, whilst all bakeries have been lovely - this one has been the absolute best we've tried yet! Greeted by a really lovely, helpful (and patient while we decided) man and ordered tasty treats which were amazingly priced for how good they were - ready for our sunrise view at piazzale michelangelo. 16/09/2025: We were recommended this place by a guidebook. Must be said the guidebook was from 2008! The interior was tired, my chair broke as soon as I sat on it and had to be replaced. Service was friendly but very slow and not very attentive. Food was still good and fresh.

11/10/2025: Tired of the cigarette smoke from the (too) close tables and the awful food, I leave my second course half-finished and go to pay. The stuffed rabbit was truly inedible: extremely salty, as was the bill. Snobbish service; no one asked if everything was okay (or not). What a shame!

24/09/2025: We had a wonderful time at this restaurant. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, the food was delicious, and our waiter made the evening even more enjoyable with his humor and helpfulness. A truly memorable dining experience—highly recommended!

23/06/2025: The pistachio croissants are a must, very, very delicious. I would go back because I haven't tried the orange one yet. If you're Latino, you'll think the waiters are very serious, and yes, they're serious but friendly and quick to answer your questions. You order, get what you ordered, and sit down to enjoy the croissants with an espresso, period.

27/06/2025: FANTASTIC!! I was there one evening with some friends of mine and we ate very well, the staff was kind and professional, their toast was really excellent, and if I have to be honest the fries are much better than those at McDonald's, I recommend it!

16/08/2025: The location and the parking can be misleading... from the outside I wouldn't have given it a cent (even though the place had been recommended by acquaintances... from Turin)... The schiacciata, the cantucci, the cereal biscuits, the torta della nonna... everything delicious and fair prices.

02/08/2025: We got cappuccinos and four croissants (two an then again two) with pistachio filling and it was perfect. Fully filled so we were super satisfied! It was really cheap, coffee was also good and service was nice, overall would recommend!

28/09/2025: I was here on March 15, 2025, and where do I begin? Everything about this shop is wrong. The staff was unacceptably rude, and I was insulted for no reason after asking a question. They forced us to sit down, telling us we were required to sit at a table to consume what we'd ordered, without mentioning the exorbitant cover charge. €1.50 for poor service and even worse food. When we went to pay, the price had practically doubled, and when I complained, given the lack of transparency, I was disrespectfully told that "it was my problem." Absurd. Hygiene was completely lacking, with trash and insects everywhere, and the bathrooms were covered in feces and urine on the walls and floors. Conditions that would make even the local health authority shudder. Then, looking at the responses to the reviews, you can see the profound ignorance and incivility of whoever manages the online page. A person has the right to know whether there's a cover charge and how much it costs before paying. The point isn't whether they can afford it or not, but that it's wrong and immoral to defraud customers. At worst, you're the ones who humiliate yourself for an extra €1.50 by only showing higher prices at the end, losing customers and respect for just €1.50. Pathetic. I saw that in response to a review from someone who'd had the same experience as me, the person who responded to the critic, undoubtedly poorly educated and profoundly rude, wrote, "If you can't afford a coffee, stay home." If you can't afford to keep a shop open without a €1.50 cover charge, then stay home and close the shop. Clearly, if you feel the need to defraud people for so little, you're in dire financial straits and need a different kind of help. A disgrace.

17/09/2025: What can I say? I recommend it to everyone. Excellent food, beautiful view of Florence, and above all, very kind and helpful staff. A 10 out of 10!

01/10/2025: The atmosphere is casual but very pleasant. The system (choose the length, choose the dough, choose the flavors) can please everyone and it's a great way to enjoy pizza together. I really enjoyed it and we'll definitely be back.

03/08/2025: Dangerous place if you go in hungry 🤣🤣 I 100% recommend this rotisserie. Super top for takeout. They always solve all your problems when you need lunch that isn't ready or you want a perfectly cooked roast chicken. I usually get chicken or meat skewers. But the first ones are absolutely mouth-watering. Then roast potatoes are excellent and tasty. Stuffed meatloaf "like nobody has made it." Reasonable prices and in line with the quality of the food. I haven't tried the schiacciata and bread yet. Very fast and professional staff if you ask for any filling or type of ingredient.

17/06/2025: Der gewünschte Wein wurde kurzerhand mit der Bemerkung „das ist der gleiche, wie gewünscht“ ersetzt. Auf unsere Nachfrage der Assemblage, konnte keine Erklärung gegeben werden. Unsere Bestellung der Tagloata landete auf dem Nachbarstisch, welcher nach Begutachtung mit dem Besteck festhielt, nicht die richtige Bestellung erhalten zu haben, worauf das Personal die Teller uns hinstellen wollten, was wir verweigerten. Die Teller verschwanden kurz in der Küche und kamen wiederum zu uns, was wir nicht akzeptierten. Danach erhielten wir neue Teller mit kaltem Fleisch. Auf unsere Intervention erhielten wir auf Wunsch eine neue Portion. Diese war sehr gut mit einem ander Fleischstück. Leider ohne Erklärung oder Entschuldigung. Wir lieben die italienische Küche, aber wir mögen es nicht, als dumme Turisten abgekanzelt zu werden. Schade, auch beim Verlassen des Lokals kein Wort des Chefs. Sie schwinen es nicht mehr nötig zu haben. Einzige Gutmachung 12 Euro Abzug auf der Rechnung.
