I go there for lunch when I work, excellent first courses and equally excellent second courses. Also tried the artisanal panettone, very good and the pastas were also of a very high standard. Fully promoted.

22/01/2024: I'm fond of Fusion... I've been coming for many years but something has changed since it reopened more than a year ago... in addition to the management, the restyling doesn't really convince me... before the atmosphere was wonderful, now it's a bit cold... the food it's definitely not at the level it was years ago. So many beautiful things have changed in Florence... what a shame!
30/12/2023: Ho regalato a mio figlio ed alla sua compagna un voucher per una cena presso il Fusion. Il personale gentilissimo mi ha aiutato e consigliato con estrema gentilezza e cordialità. Grazie a Nicola e a tutto lo staff.

Pasticceria Buscioni

07/03/2024: The pastries with cream are excellent, the coffee is good, it's a shame that it's a very small pastry shop....but still good.
09/02/2024: The best donuts in Florence, they melt in your mouth, unfortunately the two half women who serve have neither Fair savoir nor courtesy, making you wait a long time at the cash register and ignoring you if you are not their friend. the elderly person is instead loving and attentive.
