Trattoria 13Gobbi captures the essence of Tuscan cuisine with its cozy atmosphere and flavorful dishes. However, despite the delicious food, the service left much to be desired. The staff seemed overwhelmed and understaffed, resulting in slow and inattentive service throughout our meal.
While the bruschetta and tagliatelle al ragù were exceptional, the lack of attention from the staff dampened the overall experience. It's a shame because the ambiance and food have the potential to create a memorable dining experience.
In conclusion, while Trattoria 13Gobbi offers authentic Italian cuisine, improvements in staffing and service are needed to truly elevate the dining experience.

Cuisine has changed a lot in the last 5-6 years, once we went and the ribollita was boiled now and wet bread, as the price has increased dramatically a 1 a 2 without sweet loose wine 1\4 and 1\5 still water, in 2 €72. Finally, and I say this as a true Florentine, in Florence the old places are no longer there, it's all commercial, to eat really well you have to go out and head towards Siena or Incisa. Sin

Very nice restaurant with excellent food
Dinner is available from 19:30, but there is a huge line of Westerners, so I recommend going in advance even if you have a reservation.
The people waiting in line were all people who had reservations.
I went there after being recommended by a local to a T-bone steak restaurant, but the rigatoni pasta was even more fantastic.
Here are the methods recommended by locals.
You have to cut the bread before the meal, put it in the rigatoni, sprinkle on a lot of the extra cheese, and mix it all together.

Very good but a little expensive
Sono stata a cena in questo ristorante. Ho provato i rigatoni con pomodoro e mozzarella, la tagliata di carne e il dolce. Tutto molto buono, un punto in particolare va ai rigatoni. Il prezzo è un po’ alto ma per una volta vale la pena provarlo.

Cena di lavoro riuscita anche se il menu concordato era limitativo rispetto a quello che poteva essere l'esperienza che avrei voluto fare. Le fiorentine che giravano tra i tavoli erano davvero invitanti. Comunque Antipasti con salumi nella media. Primo semplice con pomodoro e mozzarella. Buono il vitello al forno. Se il locale è affollato, visti gli spazi risicati, complesso anche muoversi. Ps. Non chiedete l'origine del nome....non lo sanno nemmeno loro 😄
