Only one person managing the checkout line, making coffee, and heating sandwiches. Dirty tables, not to mention the bathrooms. I give that one employee five stars because she couldn't have done more than that alone. As always, to maximize profits, staff is cut, even to the detriment of the customer.

When something is good, I usually like to praise it. The staff who work there are incredibly kind, especially one older lady. The toilets are clean and the shower is clean and tidy. The only drawback of this place is that there are no more parking spaces.
