This tiny place turned out to be a nice surprise. The cuisine offered is spiced to the right degree and very tasty, with attention to detail, sauces and meat processed in a delicious way. The owner is really kind. Reservation recommended, average expense.

Great food and so much kindness!! High quality ingredients and generous portions. ...The bill was slightly high including wine....but I highly recommend it!

Excellent intimate restaurant with unique food. Highly recommend! We expected Indian type food but were surprised by a very interesting and unique cuisine.

Excellent food, it seemed truly authentic, managed in a simple but accurate way. The place could be more accurate/or traditional, but it is certainly clean and welcoming.

Among the many excellent restaurants in Florence, I would recommend this one! Very nice restaurant, between the avenues (temple) and Piazza Beccaria. There are choices on the menu for both vegetarians (and at least one choice for both starters and main courses including a vegan diet) and omnivores. Chamari, a super kind girl, followed us during dinner.

Small place, good and well spiced food, I only tried the meat-based dishes, I'll make up for it soon by trying the fish too for sure! We were welcomed by the kindness and smile of the owner (and perhaps the chef's wife, I didn't ask), we had a good time!

Cibo di una bontà eccezionale, personale carinissimo. Un'esperienza assolutamente da fare per chi abita a Firenze e non solo (noi siamo venuti appositamente da Siena) L'ambiente non è all'altezza del cibo ma sinceramente va bene così

Cibi buoni e preparati con cura all'insegna della tradizione srilankese - purtroppo il servizio e' risultato lento anche perche' i piatti sono elaborati sul momento e il personale, almeno inizio settimana, e' costituito dai soli titolari (uno in cucina e una al servizio) - un appunto sul costo delle bevande che a mio parere risulta eccessivo (calice di vino 6 eur / bottiglia acqua 3 eur...) - comunque, in generale, non lo si può definire un posto molto economico comunque da provare almeno una volta
