12/04/2025: Questo birrificio artigianale è perfetto per una pausa pranzo. Noi abbiamo preso un tagliere misto e delle verdure grigliate,il tutto accompagnato da ottima birra. Gentilissima la ragazza che ci ha serviti e molto bello l'ambiente.Se passiamo ancora da Sasso Pisano sicuramente torniamo in questo locale!

30/03/2025: Ma la birra è tutta uguale? Non credo proprio e lo puoi scoprire solo in posti unici come VAPORI DI BIRRA. Tante birre, tutte artigianali, dai gusti pieni e decisi. Ma solo birra? Direi che c’è tanto, ma tanto di più. Un pranzo con materie di prima scelta. Antipasti con salumi locali, ma su tutto consiglio il primo a base di pici al sugo bianco e con la birra. Tutto qua? Direi proprio di no. La produzione è totalmente sostenibile grazie all’utilizzo dei vapori delle locali fumarole della zona di Larderello (non sapevo che oltre il 30% dell’energia della Toscana fosse prodotta in questa zona). Insomma, un’esperienza veramente unica al mondo, direi, in cui si respira la passione con cui i proprietari hanno creato questo gioiellino a Sasso Pisano. Consigliato? No CONSIGLIATISSIMO

20/04/2025: Went for lunch on Easter, two adults and two children, without reservation. Good food, very nice waitresses, quiet and calm. Absolutely recommended.

13/04/2025: We loved our meal, absolutely delicious, plentiful and affordable! Special mention for the pork cooked twice and the Baos. The waitresses are adorable, a real good place! 👌

12/03/2025: It is one of the oldest places to eat in Florence, and the particularity of the place proves it. Exceptional open kitchen and service and the food is simply perfect! A stop is a must if you are in the city.

14/04/2025: Excelente almuerzo afuera en una escalera dulce. Muy buen menú con una amplia gama, y comida de muy alta calidad. Los propietarios son una familia local muy dulce que producen maravillosas comidas locales que puedes llevar.

11/03/2025: We had lunch on Sunday 9 March and had a wonderful meal. Tortelli and gnocchi with meat sauce with the flavors of home-made wild boar and soft and tasty rabbit and the delicious stuffed onion. Even the top desserts. Fair prices and friendly staff. Highly recommended to return soon

Good wine and wild boar as God commands it in the classic uses (tagliatelle with ragù, wild boar hunter style) but also unusual ones, such as wild boar parcels. Of taste and substance. And good wine, the right one to honor the excellent cuisine. We're back.

29/11/2024: Proprietario gentilissimo. Locale con vista sulle cave di Colonnata. Servizio semplice e fai da te. Ordini e poi vieni chiamato al bancone a ritirare il piatto pronto. Si instaura subito un rapporto cordiale con i proprietario molto gentili e disponibili a descrivere i vari cibi a disposizione, con particolare attenzione a fornire indicazioni sugli ingredienti dei cibi, per chi come me ha problemi di salute. Noi abbiamo ordinato gli sgabei ed un misto di formaggi ed ovviamente lardo. porzioni abbondanti ed il proprietario ci ha poi fornito dei sacchetti per portare via il cibo non consumato. tutto buonissimo ma le porzioni erano decisamente abbondanti. Ho capito che la gestione è a conduzioni famigliare. Tanto di cappello. Ah ovviamente abbiamo acquistato il lardo (buonissimo).

09/04/2025: This is a fantastic place. Excellent food and great fun. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and they are also great entertainers... Dining always with a smile on my face and a lot of laughs. Great music also. Relaxed and fun environment. A highlight in Florence, for sure. It is a small typical place so advance reservation is a must. I reserved a table for two a week in advance and it was not easy...

18/04/2025: We had a very enjoyable dinner here. We felt lucky to get a last minute reservation on a Friday evening and were surprised that the service was so friendly and unhurried. The atmosphere was relaxing and unpretentious. I would gladly return.
