Not only is the pizza excellent, but so are the two (?) owners.
Many thanks for the pizza, the beer recommendations, and the short, pleasant conversations. We'll definitely be back!
21/11/2025: This place is AMAZING!!!!!!!! The owners were simply delightful and so generous. We went in and ordered a pizza just for me and my boyfriend. We were greeted with such hospitality. They gave us additional stuffed flat breads just because they were worried we would be hungry. What a delightful experience. The pizza and the flatbreads were to DIE FOR!!!! Must try

His presentation skills were very good and interesting. The land he and Georgia have is just beautiful and the food was amazing. 29/12/2025: Without further ado: a venue with a thoughtful, sophisticated, and original design; welcoming, smiling, and accommodating staff, not too formal for a fine-dining restaurant (plus points!); the food is the fruit of careful study and research, yet faithful to the roots of Chinese cuisine, also offering a vegetarian menu, which we found to be amazing. Excellent cocktails! We'll be back.

31/05/2026: Arrived by chance, returned by choice! At Duccio's you feel at home, in every sense of the word. The atmosphere he creates with his kindness and attention to the customer makes you feel at home, as does the staff, who are always smiling and attentive. Chatting with other guests in the dining room is completely natural, a familiarity between strangers, pleasant, never annoying. Add to all this the quality of the home-made food, the attention to detail, and a good glass of wine, and it's impossible not to return! The motto: Duccio, you do it... You can't go wrong 😊

03/06/2026: Delicious pizza, delicious Aperol (only €3), and all this in the heart of Lucca, in a lovely square. Cool water sprayed from the parasols to combat the heat, and the food arrived in less than 15 minutes. Matias served us and was very attentive and thoughtful; all in all, a very enjoyable stay!

The dishes were truly excellent, with meticulous attention to both presentation and flavor. The staff was very friendly, attentive, and professional throughout the evening, making us feel welcomed and at ease.
We had a wonderful time and will definitely return next time. Highly recommended!
