12/08/2025: You can smell the experience of an old-fashioned trattoria, excellent dishes, cooked with care, excellent prices considering the quality/price ratio, friendly staff, recommended for a lunch break with an authentic flavour.

07/08/2025: Wonderful! Excellent food, cooked with love and skill, and of the highest quality. The owner is always attentive to her guests' needs, as is her husband at reception and at the bar. The service is professional.

19/07/2025: As in other nearby places, the service with so many tourists is quite terrible. First, they brought the drinks after a while and they were no longer cold, then they made a mistake with one of the pizzas, we waited a while for the bill and on top of that, they charged us 6 euros for this service and I had to go to the register to pay. As I said, bad service.

09/07/2025: I tried the best wood-fired Neapolitan pizza. The restaurant is located in Florence's beautiful historic center, very close to the train station and Piazza Duomo.

29/07/2025: I'm here now. It's my last day in Florence, and I went to a restaurant thinking it was the closest option on the way to my hostel. I ordered spicy pasta and beer because I don't know what meat they used; the menu listed pork. I liked the interior of the restaurant, but there was a strong smell, perhaps because Italian cuisine doesn't suit my palate, which bothered me. The owners are friendly and dedicated to their work, managing the heavy traffic to keep up with all the customers. Let's see if my pasta hasn't arrived yet, hopefully it won't be half raw. When I entered the restaurant, they made me wait a bit, cleared a table, and prepared it. Meanwhile, a young woman, Ponçik, had finished her meal alone and was staring at me. Looking at her, I made a decision right then and there: lonely people don't look dignified in restaurants. They look pathetic. I'm lonely too, and I wish I had someone with me to chat with, but there isn't. Anyway, I'm still waiting for my pasta. Now my beer has arrived, along with a nice glass. This pasta is still cooking.😆 I liked it, though. The entire restaurant service was handled by a middle-aged man. The man and the woman are the only two doing it. The woman is quite friendly and natural, but I didn't find the male staff serving me polite enough. Since I didn't know the place where I was waiting, it made her uncomfortable and she casually told me to go to the other side. The female staff is very sweet, she doesn't pretend to be nice.

24/07/2025: Достоинства: замечательное радушное обслуживание, вкусные блюда, правильный флорентийский стейк, превосходный жареный картофель, оригинальные домашние десерты, уютный зал и столики на свежем воздухе, умеренные по городским меркам цены, но главное - море обволакивающего радушия. Недостатки: не обнаружил. Рекомендации: настоятельно рекомендую, и не забудьте заказать к мясу жареный картофель!

24/07/2025: The pizza dough was very good... You could tell it was a long-rising pizza and it was extremely light. Delicious. The service was very discreet, perhaps a bit too discreet and a bit slow despite there not being many tables.

23/07/2025: The pizza and cheesecake I had at "Gusto al 129" were delicious. All the employees were very helpful and kind, especially when they granted my wish to blow out a candle on the cheesecake I ordered because it was my birthday. I will gladly return to this pizzeria in the future. Thank you.

07/08/2025: A dream stay in the heart of Tuscany! I had the pleasure of staying at this B&B in San Gimignano and can't recommend it highly enough. The location is truly superb: just steps from the historic center yet immersed in the quiet of the Tuscan countryside. The landscape is breathtaking—hills as far as the eye can see, vineyards, cypress trees, and picture-perfect sunsets. A cozy room, a genuine breakfast with local products, and warm hospitality. A perfect corner of paradise for relaxing and rejuvenating. I'll definitely be back!

14/08/2025: We had an amazing cooking class with Chef Barbara, who is amazingly fun, talented, passionate about cooking great food and very patience, specially with my 7 year old kids. We all had an amazing morning learning about Tuscan cuisine and a superb meal afterwards. Thanks for creating such a special moment for our family.

08/08/2025: David, Giorgia, and Dog are possible the best hosts I have ever interacted with. Their farm stay is comfortable with breathtaking views. There’s much to do from visiting other Tuscan villages or bigger cities, to relaxing on the patio with a good book and a glass of wine. No detail is overlooked during your stay and everything is carefully crafted including their itinerary guide book, included breakfasts, and once a week farm-to-table dinners. Wonderful, wonderful stay. Could not be happier.

02/08/2025: The B&B was fantastic. The location was beautiful and secluded, yet good restaurants were conveniently close by. David was a fantastic host, incredibly friendly and attentive. The extra virgin olive oil tour with accompanying dinner he offers is highly recommended!

19/06/2025: Our family's wine tasting experience at Azienda Agricola Nenci was absolutely amazing and the highlight of our time in Tuscany/Chiusi. It truly exceeded all our expectations and was so personal and beautifully done. Paolo (and his parents) were exceptional hosts. It is amazing to see the passion and love for winemaking that Paolo has. The private setting that he created for our experience and the abundant wine and charcuterie board was absolutely 1st class and delicious. The overall experience ended up being 2 hours because Paolo made us all feel so welcomed and at home. What a relaxing and unforgettable time my family experienced. Did I mention the wine was amazing? (and so reasonably priced, we definitely brought some home to continue to enjoy)! I can't recommend this wine tasting experience enough. Please go visit Paolo at Nenci, you will thank me for it later - I promise!

16/08/2025: Finally, a typical Tuscan restaurant. A beautiful location, with a lovely terrace overlooking Follonica, perfect for enjoying the cool summer air. Typical Tuscan dishes, homemade but very tasty. The staff is friendly and available to accommodate guests' requests. The only drawback is the limited parking...but let's say all restaurants in the area have the same problem. Worth a try if you're in the area. The game first and second courses are excellent.

11/08/2025: Some friends recommended this place to us, and we managed to go even though it's always crowded. Luckily, we had a great time. We ate everything from appetizers (one shared between two), first courses, second courses, and dessert, plus wine, and it was all delicious! Aside from the spectacular sunset view from the terrace, the food was tasty and high-quality... as they say in my area... lovely and succulent! The ragù was amazing, and both the fillet and the tagliata were buttery! Spectacular. And we paid a fair price for practically a full dinner, including meat. 50 euros each, more than enough, I'd say! We even bought their gin!

10/08/2025: Very friendly services, the food esp t-bone steak is really delicious. We also ordered chicken liver and toast as a starter, which is super yummy. The restaurant decoration is stylish. Need to make reservation, as it is always full house. Must visit again

07/08/2025: We had a great meal here. The wine selection was vast, and they somm was really knowledgeable and helpful. Our dishes were a great modern take on Tuscan food. Everything was really fresh and flavorful. A must visit while in Florence!
