Discovered by chance a very welcoming location with a stunning sunset. They offered a few express options, all of which were truly high quality. Very friendly service. They forgot the bread, but they quickly and kindly fixed it. Well done, we'll definitely be back.

Highly recommended! A gem of a place, for the service, the ambiance, and the food. Unconventional dishes made with seasonal, quality ingredients at a more than fair price. The staff is incredibly friendly. Highly recommended.

A really good osteria in the middle of the Tuscan countryside. I went there twice during our stay at a nearby agriturismo. The food was excellent. Wine list offered some good options with local and not so local Italian wines. The service and the staff were very welcoming. Definitely recommend it.

22/04/2026: The welcoming and intimate atmosphere makes you feel right at home. The dishes are well-cooked and the portions are generous. The platter and crostini are excellent, and the cheesecake is a must-try.

09/04/2026: Brunch Republic Firenze Pietrapiana was a wonderful breakfast spot. I had the Sweet & Salty which included French toast, bacon, scrambled eggs, and fruit. My husband had the creamy salmon with guacamole and poached eggs on top. I also had the Hot Vanilla Matcha latte which is not in the photo but is definitely a must have. If you love matcha, you need to try it. Everything was fresh and delicious, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. If you are in Florence and looking for a relaxed and satisfying brunch spot, this is a place you will want to try. Highly recommend.
08/04/2026: looooove this place! brunch all day… what more could a girl ask for in life… service is great and my brunch expectations are always exceeded ABOVE AND BEYOND! slay sister!!
