Very kind and attentive staff... the small but characteristic place doesn't clash with the side dishes, it's a shame that when it's full you feel a little compressed... the tripe from around the world is different from the Roman one but just as tasty... we negotiate on the pot of livers... but I grew up with my Tuscan grandmother with livers... so it's hard to please... Go there, you won't be disappointed.

The best trattoria in the center of Cortona 👏 Whenever I go to the center of Cortona with family or friends, I often choose this trattoria because the good food reigns supreme. The meat is a must, and my advice is to also try the pici al fumo because I guarantee you won't find anything equal or better.

11/06/2026: The restaurant is famous for its trucks, ample parking, showers, polite and professional staff, and traditional Tuscan cuisine, well-prepared and prepared with care. It's a shame about the very insistent and rude parking attendant who demands a tip. Tips should be earned, not asked for.

10/06/2026: This restaurant isn't very visible from the street. It's located behind a gas station. When you walk in, everything changes. The atmosphere is welcoming and the products are top-quality. The meat is excellent. Various breeds and aging options are available. It's a must-stop when I come to work in Montesansavino.
