So, the place is nice and the food is good, but the service is very ignorant, and the waiter snaps his fingers to call someone to come to the table, and then other polite gestures that I didn't appreciate. Improve the service, because when you walk in, you see Michelin stars and higher prices than others, which makes you have high expectations. This isn't a trattoria.

Excellent customer service. Very quiet atmosphere, highly recommended for a dinner for two. High-quality food. Personally, I'd adjust the amount of extra virgin olive oil, although of the highest quality, but in my opinion a bit too much. The wine list is very interesting, perhaps a bit too extensive. Five stars next time.

The food is top-notch!! The prices are in line with the quality of the food and service... I personally had a tasting of raw ham, and it was super fresh. Then there was the shelled seafood pasta dish, where every bite was a delight. Then there was the fried fish... and to drink, a Conte della Vipera and then a sumptuous Cervaro della Sala!!! In short, a top-notch lunch!!

It's so delicious that we visited Oscar twice during our stay in Livorno! The dishes impress with their combination of ingredients and impeccable freshness. Everything is refined, modern, and truly delicious! The tuna tataki on a bed of tender onions was especially memorable – a true gastronomic delight. The superb quality of the dishes, the extensive wine selection, and the truly welcoming service make this place a must-visit.

I came to Livorno today for work to visit some friends. It was lunchtime, so we decided to scout out the area for lunch. On the advice of friends, I recommended this very well-kept local restaurant. We ate in a small, quiet room, and I knew I was a gourmet when it came to fish, as long as it was fresh and of the day. I ate a variety of appetizers: a trio of small fried fish cooked perfectly with fresh oil, followed by calamari and green beans, and the third course was cuttlefish with onion. I must say it was very good, flavorful and delicate, as were the previous dishes. Then I had a baked John Dory with cherry tomatoes and olives. It was excellent, perfectly cooked, and the freshness of the fish was evident. I wanted to see it before cooking, being a modest fish connoisseur. I asked for a wine to accompany it and chose a wonderful still white from a very well-known Tuscan winery, a place with an extensive national wine cellar. I then had a delicious mandarin ice cream sorbet. I didn't know if the staff was the owner or a restaurant representative. They were kind and welcoming, and were accompanied several times by the chef, who came to ask if we liked the dishes with these delicate and very tasty pairings. I complimented the chef on the dishes prepared and the haute cuisine pairings, even for discerning palates. I must offer a well-deserved compliment, apologizing for not knowing they were included in the Michelin guide. I will definitely return when I pass through Livorno to try other dishes of yours.

Fresh, high-quality fish. The service could definitely be improved, but overall, it's an excellent restaurant.
