10/05/2026: I went for lunch on a Sunday with my parents, and the experience was very positive. The staff were very friendly, the service attentive and attentive, something hard to find. The food was good (we had pici all'aglione, pappappardelle al ragù, peposo, and vegetable flan), and the portions were generous. The house wine was appreciated. A good selection of vegetarian options, too. The prices were very fair for the city. My only complaint: the presentation of the dishes could be improved. I'll definitely be back.

The crostoni are simply wonderful, and the pici all'aglione are dreamy: authentic Tuscan flavor in every bite! Friendly staff, fast and attentive service, perfect for a relaxing stop after a stroll around the city. An experience that blends excellent food and fun, just how we like it! 03/06/2026: Rude and impolite place. We came at 13.30 when only 1 other table was occupied and wanted to sit down for drinks, but we were just kicked out with a "No, is lunchtime, no!". Could've just rationally calculated his chances of selling the table for lunch or told us in a polite way. Seems they don't need nor like customers.

28/05/2026: There are places you choose. And then there are places that choose you. Bisteccheria del Vaticano was a completely accidental discovery during a special day spent with our mother for her birthday in and around Forte dei Marmi... and it ended up becoming the most beautiful memory of the day. We're not locals, we didn't know the restaurant, and we went in almost by instinct. As soon as we arrived, however, we immediately sensed something rare: that authentic welcome that is increasingly difficult to find these days. Andrea and the entire staff made us feel truly welcomed, with a sincere, unpretentious kindness, built on attention, warmth, and professionalism. The quality of the food left us speechless. Exceptional meat, authentic flavors, carefully selected ingredients cooked with respect. Each dish exudes passion, experience, and love for this work. But what truly makes this place special is the soul that permeates within. We felt good. And when you leave a restaurant with that feeling of lighthearted happiness, it means you haven't just eaten well: you've had an experience. It'll be one of those places we'll recommend to all our friends and anyone who wants to discover something authentic in this area. We were truly delighted. Congratulations to Andrea and the entire staff. Places like this deserve to last forever.

10/05/2026: We went with a couple of friends; getting there wasn't the best experience, but then you discovered the excellence of the family atmosphere and the good food. Everything was excellent, from the charming, bright and very warm dining room to the friendly atmosphere, the excellent appetizers, the exceptional herb tart, the zucchini jam, the ravioli with butter and sage, the polenta with mushrooms, the mega-galactic fried lamb, and the excellent dessert. I forgot about the bread; everything was strictly homemade and made with top-quality ingredients. We will definitely be back; the trip is worth it. Always a pleasure to return, both for the staff and the delicacies they prepare.

21/04/2026: I organized a birthday lunch on a Saturday, on a beautiful sunny day. The place was truly well-kept, just the right amount of rustic, surrounded by greenery that gives it a sense of peace, and is perfect for getting up for a quick smoke or taking a walk between meals without disturbing other diners. The menu was simple but super effective, with excellent ingredients, cooked truly, truly well! From the homemade starters to the meat, everything was delicious! The staff was incredibly kind and helpful! Even though we were a fairly large group, they accommodated all our various requests, last-minute changes, and so on. Really good! I'll definitely be back!

01/04/2026: Excellent lunch with friends, we booked about a month in advance. My friends really enjoyed the tortelli, but they already knew the place. They were very well prepared for gluten-free dining. I managed to eat a mixed antipasto with gluten-free bagged bread and a well-made first course, tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms. The sauce was good, and the pasta was well-cooked. If not homemade, buy fresh. I saw they also have gluten-free craft beer in the fridge. The pizza also looked good. Recommended.

22/03/2026: We went to eat there because of the reviews and photos of their dishes. Our first visit was a disappointment, and we left very unhappy. The food was very basic, bland, and lacked any care. We ordered their spicy carbonara pasta (which wasn't spicy at all) and pasta with wild boar ragu. Everything was average, edible, but completely lacking in character. We cook and eat better at home. Of course, we won't recommend it. We felt misled by the reviews and photos, and the owners were very cold and unfriendly.

22/05/2026: Beautiful and unique experience. We met by chance at a wine event in Livorno..... 5 minutes and it all started. The location and the welcome are unique, the dishes are high quality, typical Livorno specialties and not... truly good cuisine. The gem is Fabio... aka the INNEVEREND, where a word with him is worth a lot and not only cheers up your evening.... but he introduces you to real people..., for his simplicity, elegance and cordiality. Fabio number one always and ANYWAY
