Now this one was a shot in the dark. We went for a wander and got hungry on a Saturday night, happend to pass this place bye then went back and what a treat, service was good pricers were great for florence. The food is great pasta is fresh wild boar was tasty, they even had apple pie for afters. GREAT

Try the lasagna, the house specialty, while enjoying the view of Piazza Santa Coce. The manager, Marco, speaks English remarkably well and is incredibly charming!

We ate at Boccadama again for our 6th (?) time in the last 3 years. Always an amazing experience with great food and a wonderful staff. Truly out favorite restaurant on the planet. Would highly recommend!

Excellent place, I recommend it to anyone visiting Florence. Perfect atmosphere, a variety of typical dishes, and very well served. The best lasagna I had in Italy.

17/05/2026: Delicious taste, you won't be disappointed, highly recommended.
11/05/2026: The restaurant is okay. The service took longer than usual to get our food. I would say it took between 30 and 40 minutes to receive it. The food is the delicious but the portions are very small, so one course isn’t enough. You need at least two, and that’s the part I don’t like about the restaurant. The restaurant also provides alcohol drinks.They have seating both inside and outside, and they also offer vegetarian options.

01/06/2026: Without a doubt, my favorite place in Florence. Every time I go, I feel so pampered, both by the good food and by Roberto and Monica's kindness. Going to lunch there always combines the pleasure of eating something rich, authentic, and healthy with the pleasure of being there, with them. It's also worth mentioning that I'm now addicted to the tuna sandwich. But I'd also say that, with the love they put into the food, the coffee, the desserts, the stuffed potatoes, the drinks... everything, really everything, is delicious. I don't want to make this too long, but in a city like Florence, where downtown neighborhoods sometimes don't feel like neighborhoods anymore, this café feels just like home. Every time I leave there, I leave with a big smile. Thank you Roberto and Monica ❤️
