Spectacular view and very good food, exquisite tortelli!

Hilltop village, parking is a 10-minute walk from the restaurant, following the village mule track all the way uphill. A small but charming village, the restaurant is within the village, a house renovated as a restaurant, probably because from the outside it looks like a common home, but once you enter, you realize you've come to the right place. The view immediately catches your eye: the first two rooms on the ground floor are set up with tables and sea views. The waiter leads the way. You go up to the third terrace on the first floor, passing through the second room on the left, where you'll find a steep staircase with narrow steps but a handrail, also offering a beautiful view. The rustic-style tables give the setting a unique feel. Meat-based menu, limited selection, some dishes were missing. The food is good, although the peppers in the appetizer were very salty. The house appetizer included a platter of cured meats, crostini, and a vegetable tart, plus pickled vegetables for €14. A very good ravioli with meat sauce was €14. Finally, a dessert cost €6, plus water, about €40 per person. The place is clean and well-kept. It's worth it, but bring comfortable, flat shoes.

Spectacular location, with breathtaking views of Versilia. Beautiful, quaint, and beautifully decorated venue. Delicious, traditional Tuscan food, perfect portions. Excellent value.

The tordelli are a little too dry, too al dente and semifreddo, a shame, the filling is good, (dishes in winter must be hot) otherwise the dishes get cold quickly, unfortunately few restaurateurs want to understand this, the cockerel is excellent, ditto the roast suckling pig, and side dish, the desserts are bad, too personalized and far from the classic recipes, regarding the service, hearing the waiters say "go" every time at the end of the order is terrible, and honestly it's the first time

A very pleasant surprise! We found this place for lunch almost by accident. The atmosphere is very elegant, with an incredible view, friendly staff, and high-quality food. We'll definitely be back.

It's not easy to deserve 5 stars with a table for 13. We'll be back as a couple and enjoy even more: the view, the homemade pasta, the ragù, and the quality meats, the wine list that's a pleasure to linger over, etc. My kids even went crazy for the desserts! Well done! PS: A charming medieval village that's well worth the short climb.
