We've been coming to Pienza for Easter for 20 years and always eat at Falco, and we've always had a wonderful time. We were very excited about the new management, and our expectations were more than exceeded. I've never had such a good scoglio before—super creamy, and the pici gave it that special Tuscan touch. The tagliata with mushrooms was also delicious. The tartare with the pecorino fonduta was a revelation. A very good wine recommendation rounded off the meal perfectly.
The cheesecake with pistachio cream is absolutely fantastic.
The waiters were very, very friendly, and even the chef came out briefly to say hello. All in all, a highly recommended restaurant for anyone who appreciates fantastic food.

A typical Tuscan restaurant. We stopped by without a reservation, on the recommendation of the hotel we were staying at. 😊
Overall, a good dinner: appetizer with crostoni bread 🥖 and pici pasta with garlic and white ragù 😍
The glass of wine 🍷, despite being locally produced, was a bit pricey, but otherwise, everything was good!
I recommend stopping by and trying the culinary experience they offer ☺️☺️👍

My husband (I'm celiac), our one-year-old son, and I went for dinner. We had a wonderful time! The steak was amazing, what can I say? The baked potatoes were excellent, and the dessert was too. The service was impeccable, and they were so kind to us, even though we had a small, lively baby. Excellent value for money. Worth it! We hope to return soon. Thank you!
