Great menu. Great 5-dish menus. Original and modern variations of traditional Italian recipes. Great host and cook. Perfect location. Very reasonable prices. Organic and vegetarian!

We were served exquisitely in a welcoming atmosphere that showcases plant-based cuisine. The attention to ingredients is exceptional: their bruschetta, with homemade bread, Volterra olive oil, and the famous Volterra salt, is extraordinary in its simplicity. But the real highlight was the cotto di grano: a roasted wheat dish cooked so well that its texture and flavor were incredible. We highly recommend it to anyone who wants to discover creative, succulent cuisine deeply rooted in the local area. We can't wait to return!

A wonderful restaurant for vegans and non-vegans! Immediately you are welcomed by the friendliest staff and the owner Enrico is a marvellous host. The decor is stunning the vibe is relaxing and the food is devine. I enjoyed a 5 course tasting menu for dinner, a wonderful spread at breakfast and a 2 course lunch during my short visit to Volterra. The lunch/evening menu has lots to choose from including individual courses and 3 options for a 5 course tasting menu so you can really try a lot of different dishes for a very reasonable price. The restaurant is plant based and makes sure not to try to immitate typical meat dishes, providing flavoursome meals with vegetables and fresh ingredients. I cannot wait to return in the future and try even more dishes! 100% reccomend for everyone!

Really interesting menu, even for those (like us) who aren't vegan. Delicious dishes, restaurant that's an archaeological park with a glass floor overlooking the Etruscan excavations...truly beautiful. Excellent service. Excellent value for money, in my opinion.

Walking toward Porta Dell'Arco, we noticed this restaurant, which stands out for its completely plant-based menu. They welcomed us with open arms, making us feel immediately at home. The menu is excellent, delicious, with innovative dishes showcasing local products. The service is perfect, fast, and welcoming. We'll definitely be back. PS: Even going to the restroom is an experience, as the entire interior is built on Etruscan and Roman ruins, which can be admired from the glass floor.

Truly delicious food. Super dog friendly place too. Would recommend 10/10, no matter if you usually eat plant based or not. This was fantastic. Very impressed, we had such a lovely evening, such a great time.

Wouldn't recommend this place, the first time for me vegan food was so blend especially for such high price. Also the service was extremely slow, waited about 10 minutes for the menu, had to ask for it many times, waited for food for about an hour. As result we cancelled the last meal, as we were tired of waiting.

This place was absolutely amazing! Wonderful food and experience! Great wine! Such a memorable experience! One of the very best places we went in Tuscany! Don’t miss it!

We decided to eat here because it seemed like a charming and peaceful place. When we saw the menu, we realized it was a vegan restaurant, and I must say, we had a wonderful meal! Everything was delicious, and the desserts were amazing. We were very happy with our waitress, a lovely young woman. Definitely a place to recommend!

A refined location, perfectly balanced between classic and contemporary. The cuisine is local yet refined: you can sense a careful selection of ingredients, many of which come from their family farm. The owner is very friendly and accompanies the experience with excellent storytelling about Volterra. Recommended!
