The best lampredotto in Florence, hands down. I always come here from Rome; I've tried almost everything there, but this is the best. The boiled meat is 10 stars. The friendliness and courtesy are the eleventh star.

Enzo and Mattia are wonderful people, very warm and friendly. We're used to shirdan (a type of offal dish) from Adana, but I tried the lampredotto and I really liked it. Especially the sauce, it's unique, you won't regret it.

Every time we go to Florence, after an exhibition or a stroll through the city, a stop at l'Barrocciaio is a must! A delicious lampredotto sandwich, a glass of wine, and a chat with the cartman... it's a real treat for body and mind!

Very kind staff, very fair prices and a spectacular boiled meat

Reasonable price since it’s a food truck, but it’s very delicious and probably the best I’ve had in the city although I’ve only tried two stands. Fluffy bread and flavorful beef stomach. There are also seats in the plaza that you can have your lampredotto. The lady who served us was very friendly!

The owner is incredibly nice, warm, and friendly. The tripe bun is delicious and generously filled; highly recommended!
