30/03/2025: Absolutely perfect! Friendly welcome and attentive service, chic, modern and creative decor, creativity in the dishes that use local and seasonal products beautifully presented. A well-thought-out wine list and delicious and original wines by the glass. We loved the meal at this restaurant worthy of a gourmet restaurant while the prices of the dishes are on average 20 euros! Bravo and thank you!
22/03/2025: We booked without great expectations thinking it was a place for tourists, but we were pleasantly surprised first by the environment then by the courtesy and competence of the staff and above all by the refined cuisine with sublime flavours. Price absolutely adequate and not at all high. Heartfelt congratulations

In any case, there is no doubt that it is one of the nicest places in the country, with attention to detail, excellent quality food and loving staff! Highly recommended for a good breakfast, a delicious lunch or a cozy aperitif. Wheelchair accessible.

20/03/2025: I had seen this restaurant in a magazine introducing Italy and had wanted to go there someday. I left Florence at 11:00 and went to see Fra Angelico at the museum, so it would be before 2:00, so I just sent an email to make a reservation. The menu on the restaurant's website had some dishes that I couldn't imagine, but I ordered something that looked like it used a lot of vegetables. I was surprised by the appetizer that was brought out first. The rare beef marinated in a jar was so delicious! And the vegetables were arranged like flowers. The waitress ground a large rock salt, and the atmosphere was fun. Before I knew it, I heard the sound of celery being chewed from the seat behind me, and I turned around and laughed. The primo was ravioli with a bean sauce and black cabbage on top! All the flavors were mild and mixed together in my mouth to create a different taste. The only disappointment was that it was a little cold in the room to the right as soon as we entered, but the waitress was very fun and I was able to relax and dine in a famous restaurant, which was the best thing about it. I've been to Italy many times but I rarely have the chance to go to high-end restaurants, but after seeing the beautiful paintings in Cortona, I was really glad to come across such a delicious restaurant!

01/01/2025: Cenare in un chiostro antichissimo in pieno centro a Sarteano è come essere stati scaraventati indietro nel tempo nel medioevo... bellissimo...Carlo e Lucia gentilissimi...ti fanno sentire come a casa...Lucia inoltre ci ha illustrato la storia del chiostro ex convento e tutta la sua storia fino a loro...due fratelli e gemelli....abbiamo mangiato benissimo di qualità...da consigliare assolutamente e magari ritornarci se ci trovassimo in zona....un saluto da Michele e Catuscia...

02/04/2025: This had to be the best sandwich I have eaten in a decade or more. I have difficulty even thinking of one to compare it with. Even though there was a queue, it didn’t take long to get our order. A short walk from most anywhere in Florence, make the time, take a walk, stop by and get one to go. It will be worth it. This was the only place in all of our tour of Italy we arranged to eat at more than once and it was worth it.

04/04/2025: Giovedì sera ho portato degli amici a cena al bistro 57025 e non solo abbiamo avuto un’accoglienza perfetta come sempre, ma c’è stata asservita un ottimo antipasto composto da vari assaggi veramente ottimi, tra cui consiglio vivamente le sarde alla beccafico, le acciughe alla povera, le cozze ripiene. Per secondo abbiamo preso il gran fitto, asciutto croccante e di gran sapore con dei gamberetti buonissimi. Dentro vi abbiamo trovato dalle classiche patatine ai meravigliosi carciofi fritti, alla polentina, ai ciuffetti alle cozze fritte alle acciughe. Provatelo niente vi deluderà ve lo assicuro.

23/12/2024: Avevo molte aspettative su questo ristorante. E qualcuna è stata disattesa. Ci è piaciuto l'ambiente, il locale, la vista e ci sono piaciuti molto alcuni piatti del menu "in profondità ": le sfere sono state un'esplosione di sensazioni e ho trovato ottime le animelle al limone nero e l'insalatina selvaggia con sorbetto all'aceto di peperone, accompagnata da un delizioso pane croccante I piatti si sono caratterizzati per accostamenti insoliti e In alcuni abbiamo trovato una prevalenza di sapori forti , talora aspri e con note amare. Poco significativa e deludente la parte dessert. Pienamente d'accordo sul discorso natura, erbe, fiori eccetera, ma, per chi, come noi, è nato nella campagna e vissuto sempre in mezzo a prati e boschi, queste atmosfere sono normali. Ho letto tanto entusiasmo per Marta, che ha guidato la degustazione di diversi commensali. Noi l'abbiamo vista all'inizio e alla fine del nostro percorso. I nostri accompagnatori sono stati essenziali. Forse se avessimo avuto l'accompagnamento di Marta, avrebbe dato un senso ai vari piatti, ne avrebbe illustrato meglio le caratteristiche e avremmo potuto apprezzarli appieno.
02/11/2024: A modern gem in the middle of the Casentino forests. Restaurant with open kitchen and innovative approach while using local ingredients and partly grown by them. We also stayed in the adjoining farmhouse and had a great time finding excellent value for money (large room with fireplace and sauna). Excellent escape route in Emilia Romagna!

23/03/2025: Sooooo good! Owner was super friendly and he was chatting with everyone in there, both locals and tourists. The pizza was incredible. It was sooo saucy and the sauce was so rich and flavourful. We all were wiping up any left over with our crusts... We walked 25 minutes out of our way to go, and it was worth it. If you like saucy thin crust pizza then this place is a must-visit.
