We went on a Monday night because everything was closed, but it was a pleasant surprise. We ate really well at reasonable prices. (€187 for 5 of us, including appetizers and meat main courses with excellent baked potatoes, plus two desserts, a bottle of wine, and two liqueurs.) The atmosphere was simple and pleasant, and the staff were friendly. When we return to the area, we'll definitely dine again. Thank you.

Il Boschetto di Chianni is a complete success! The food is exactly what you'd expect from authentic Italian cuisine. On top of that, the service is exceptionally friendly; both the staff and the owner are warm, attentive, and always ready to help. Highly recommended! Everything we ate was a 10/10, especially the beef fillet and the pizzas.

Beautiful setting, with just a few tables for attentive service, a good wine list, a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere, an outdoor space in the woods with a children's play area, excellent quality, cooking, and plating, and friendly staff despite the busy Easter Sunday! Compliments to the chef and staff, we'll be back!

29/05/2026: An extraordinary experience. When it's full, you take a ticket and wait (a little), which allows you to pre-select what you'd like to try. And after about fifteen minutes, it's off to another world: unpretentious LOCAL dishes—in the best sense of the word—but perfectly executed (Mama, or rather Nona, is always at the stove). The atmosphere is lively thanks to the charming waitress. It was so good that we went back the next day. Lots of regulars who eat quickly and free up space for the next customers, but no pressure on tourists who linger a bit. A special shout-out to the long-time owner who comes around to greet everyone at the end of service. We can't wait to go back.
28/05/2026: Family owned and everything was so good!! Staff was so nice and and owner came out and said hi to all of us and he was so sweet. I had the pesto pasta and the Matteonella dessert and both were really good. My husband had the pork sausages and those were amazing!

23/05/2026: Service was excellent. Chef created a pasta dish that I wanted. I came all the way to Italy and wanted pesto with my pasta. The food was delicious, it is what you would expect in italy.
