A small, welcoming restaurant with very friendly staff. I recommend the meat, the tagliata, and the butter! The first courses were delicious, the maltagliati were exquisite! Generous portions! Highly recommended.

11/04/2026: If you want to eat something truly special, this shack is a must-see. Here, the lampredotto isn't just food: it's an experience. Soft, flavorful, perfectly cooked, and served with that green sauce that makes you want more. The tripe is simply spectacular: rich, fragrant, and with a flavor that speaks of true tradition, made with care and passion. And then the boiled meat... incredible. Tender, juicy, and full of flavor, the kind that makes you close your eyes at the first bite. Each dish is prepared with care, and it shows: here, they don't mess around, they really eat.
04/04/2026: The best lampredotto in Florence, hands down. I always come here from Rome; I've tried almost everything there, but this is the best. The boiled meat is 10 stars. The friendliness and courtesy are the eleventh star.
