12/10/2025: We were greeted with a smile and exquisite kindness by Dani, who guided us with professionalism and cordiality from appetizers to coffee. The food was excellent; I highly recommend their ragù and liver tortelli! In addition to the rustic and welcoming atmosphere, the warmth of the staff made us feel at home.

28/10/2025: Food was tasty, but tiny portions — we ended up going to a pizza place after to feel satisfied. Service was subpar — they gave more attention to tables that ordered wine than our table. Maybe that’s a Tuscany thing ¯\_(ツ)_/ also €3 cover per person adds up to more than a 20% tip … for terrible service!

15/10/2025: We had a wonderful evening at Sotto Le Fonti in a family atmosphere and with delicious food. The Bistecca Fiorentina was grilled to perfection, and the pici with porcini mushrooms made the restaurant a tasty dining experience even for vegetarians. The wine recommendation went perfectly with both dishes, so we can highly recommend this authentic Tuscan and very friendly restaurant. Sotto Le Fonti is close to the city center and very easy to reach. A parking garage is directly across the street.

27/10/2025: I came in by chance... excellent place, the guys who work there are Cristian, Decise and Elena of unique kindness... ice cream that you can serve yourself and of a unique goodness that I had never eaten before... I highly recommend it

26/10/2025: Expectations were very high, and perhaps that's why they were disappointed. The first course, pioppini mushrooms and oxtail, didn't convince me. I proceeded with the egg yolk with truffle... too bad the truffle wasn't very fragrant and the dish arrived cold. Compliments to the service. Impeccable. I recommend cleaning up the dust buildup on the corrigati in the kitchen... it's not at all hygienic. I won't post the photo out of decency.
19/10/2025: Great restaurant with delicious and high-class cuisine; it’s fairly priced with a 4-courses meat menu @ €52 and fresh fish menu at €57 ; look out for the truffle specials when in season. Great staff too.

23/09/2025: A welcoming place with a great atmosphere, excellent service, and delicious food. Every bite was an explosion of distinct flavors. The tapas and Valparaíso are highly recommended. The passion and attention to detail shines through, from the menu presentation to the cutlery, to the explanations of the dishes. It was a wonderful discovery, see you next time!
20/09/2025: We had a wonderful evening at Tumi Osteria! We were served by very attentive and cheerful waitresses, who spoke english very well! We visited in september and we were seated inside in a very cosy dining room.
The food was phenomenal, one of the best we had on our trip through toscana. They managed to balance the fusion kitchen very well and the dishes were finely balanced. As far as the grilled meats goes, it was just how it‘s supposed to be! Can definitely recommend 5/5!

04/11/2025: Located just outside the walls of San Gimignano, this restaurant was a real surprise.
Friendliness was top-notch.
A very charming, intimate place, with limited seating but excellent food.
We had excellent pizzas for dinner, well-seasoned, tasty, and easy to digest.
The desserts were also delicious.
For a tourist visiting San Gimignano who wants to eat well, I recommend a stop at this restaurant.

But not just beautiful, like many restaurants in the center of Lucca. The food is exquisite, and the service is very attentive, as you'd expect from certain restaurants where expectations are high.
Expectations were met, excellent quality food, a well-stocked and fresh menu, and an excellent wine cellar.
Really attentive service, attentive and professional waiters. The price is a bit high, but justified.
I'll definitely be back.

07/09/2025: In the heart of Florence, a cozy spot where guests are treated with care. A homey atmosphere. Excellent cuisine. Friendly and helpful staff. We tried the house appetizer, two first courses, and a second course. Everything was delicious. Quiet outdoor seating.
