We had a wonderful experience at La Castellana. The service was friendly and attentive throughout our visit. Both the pasta dish and the meat dish were excellent. The meat was cooked perfectly, and they were very generous with the truffle, which added a fantastic flavor. The quality of the food was outstanding, especially considering the price. The restaurant offers excellent value for money, which is becoming increasingly rare to find. Overall, we were very impressed and would definitely recommend La Castellana to anyone looking for great food and a pleasant dining experience.

The food was absolutely fantastic, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. As vegetarians, we especially appreciated that the chef prepared special dishes for us so we could fully enjoy the experience. Every dish was delicious and clearly made with great care and attention. We were so impressed by their extra virgin olive oil that we ended up purchasing a bottle to take home. It was one of the highlights of the meal and a perfect reminder of our visit. Overall, it was a brilliant experience from start to finish. Highly recommended and a must-visit for anyone traveling through this area.

We visited this restaurant during a short stay in Chianti. The place is lovely, but reservations are recommended because there are only a few tables. We chose a cold cuts platter, and the quality of the ingredients was good. Our companions chose an egg with truffle shavings, while we opted for wild boar stew. For sides, we chose a pâté tart and ratatouille, all washed down with a Chianti Superiore. Prices were average. We had a great time, and the waiters were kind and attentive.
