It looks like a bistro wine bar. We had a first course, the veal wrapped in bacon was a pleasure. Friendly staff and quick service. Last, but not least, for the appetite of the ears excellent music!

Informal environment with slightly small tables, but with excellent service, prompt and courteous.
Varied menu of both fish and Piedmontese cuisine.
We opted for
Nettle pudding in onion soup, beetroot potato gnocchi with castelmagno cream, agnolotti with roast sauce, lamb rump with grilled vegetables, Fassona fillet in speck with asparagus, chocolate cake with a warm center of gianduja and orange foam in crunchy pastry...
excellent quality raw materials, well cooked and well presented.
Cuisine above all expectations and without any defects.
Adequate account.

What a wonderful spot. You can have an incredible 4 course meal for 35 euros, with the choices of a fish, vegetarian or local cuisine menu. We tried all of them, and they were delicious. If you wanna have good food, very reasonably priced that's the spot!
It's also a enoteca - a wine bar, so you'll have plenty of delicious wines to choose from. A lovely experience all around!

I would give 10 stars if I could! We found the restaurant by chance, walking through Turin. What a beautiful surprise! Super creative and very tasty dishes! Cordial service, friendly and attentive. Cozy environment. Truly a true gastronomic experience. I regret not having taken the tasting menu. I recommend it to everyone who is passing through Turin!

La Taberna nasce come enoteca, e ha davvero una cantina di tutto rispetto, con eccellenze, famosi e qualche scoperta molto valida. La cucina è sorprendente e piacevole, con carni, pesci e un menu vegetariano davvero buono. Prezzi ragionevoli, servizio veloce e cortese. Ottima scelta per pranzo e per cena.

Il locale nasce come Enoteca per poi negli anni trasformarsi i eccellente ristorante
Anziché il menù degustazione abbiamo preferito scegliere alla carta cannolo di baccalà ravioli E guancia al Barolo semplicemente squisita consigliato
Scelta dei vini impressionante per quantità e qualità e anche come rapporto con il prezzo

Ottima cucina tipica (con qualche piacevole rivisitazione), materie prime di qualita' e proposte veramente interessante. Servizio rapido e cortese. Ambiente semplice, ma accogliente, con spazi un po' risicati (ma siamo in pieno centro...). Davvero ottimo rapporto qualita' prezzo.
