We started with a truly exceptional mixed antipasto: delicate flan, Fassona beef tartare with top-quality truffles, and perfectly prepared veal with tuna sauce.
The first courses confirmed the exceptionally high quality of the cuisine: creamy and flavorful Barolo risotto with Piedmontese toma cheese, fragrant porcini mushroom risotto, and simply delicious agnolotti del plin with the aroma of the Langhe.
The extensive and carefully selected wine list is perfect for accompanying every course.

Fantastic experience. The staff is incredibly kind and knowledgeable: their recommendations for local wine and the final amaro were spot on.
The traditional dishes are delicious, and honestly, I wasn't expecting them to be so generous. You eat really well and leave feeling full. All at a fair price that reflects the quality of the offerings.
Highly recommended if you're looking for authenticity and substance!

The risotto was incredibly flavorful.

An absolute must-try when it comes to white truffles!!! Not cheap, but unique. For Italian standards, it's a slightly more upscale dining experience, but truly essential to experience this on the palate – a once-in-a-lifetime indulgence 😉🫶😋🤗
