08/02/2025: Locale elegantissimo. Entrata con contrabbasso in bella vista e scalinata in cima alla quale veniamo accolti. Sala minimal con grande cura dei dettagli. Menù dalla terra al mare, 6 portate ( + benvenuto e pre dessert) alternate davvero squisite, in particolare l ovetto e lo spaghetto. Servizio garbato e molto professionale. Molto bravi

21/03/2025: Per lavoro siamo approdati a Sommariva Bosco. Già solo il paese delle 11 chiese è da visitare, compreso il Castello. Paese delle fiabe, così sta scritto in una rotonda …. Comunque il locale, su una splendida piazza, è l’emblema della cucina piemontese. Ci siamo fidati ed abbiamo ordinato il menù degustazione, che al contrario degli altri locali si presenta con portate vere e ricche … tutto stupendo, materie prime di qualità. Pasta, pane, grissini e focaccia tutto fatto in casa. La carta dei vini è talmente colma che non si arriva alla fine, la cantina per vederla basta scendere di un piano. Super consigliato. They were really nice and accepted our reservation and even at a slightly "inconvenient" time, close to the kitchen closing. What can I say, we had a great time. A well-kept place, elegant, but at the same time warm and welcoming. Impeccable service, the guys are all young, helpful, smiling and prepared. We didn't try any starters, but the Angus sub shovel and tail were divine, they melted in your mouth. Prices in line with quality and service. I hope to return soon.
