The best snails I've ever eaten, even better than the ones in Cherasco. You can tell they have a love and passion for what they do. Lovely, warm-hearted people. I highly recommend it.

08/04/2026: Debora Alberto 1/5 14 minutes ago on Google Debora Alberto 1/5 right now on Google I don't usually like to give negative reviews, but in this case it's absolutely necessary, firstly because of the room management's attitude and secondly because of a whole other set of standards that a 4-star hotel should have, but in this place they aren't even close to meeting them. 1. Safety: steep stairs without a handrail to reach the "suite"; 2. "Suite" with lots of quotation marks; a hole in the parquet floor and up to that point; stained sheets that were changed by the receptionist upon request; and well, poor attention to detail in general. What shocked us was that the next morning a light bulb hanging at head height exploded, having accidentally knocked it directly onto the bed in my partner's face. The staff was unable to handle the situation; they seemed confused and annoyed. Furthermore, they didn't offer a refund for the "suite room," etc. They even reported to "Booking," the booking site, that we didn't show up to avoid a negative review. Truly, truly horrible behavior. We will never return!!! It's not a 4-star hotel; in the morning, they arrive at breakfast with sugar packets counted. Given its location, it could even be a nice place, but the amenities are lacking, and the security and staff are incompetent!!! Rating: 0!!

08/03/2026: A splendid and impeccably maintained location; unfortunately, the cuisine still needs some improvement to fully live up to the setting. The initial wait was a bit long, but overall bearable: the location and the view help you enjoy the moment. Expectations were high, especially since it's a place we'd love to return to. A few small adjustments to the dishes would be advisable: • Octopus alla Luciana: tender and flavorful, but slightly dry and cut with a knife not exactly suited to the task; • Tagliolini with cacio e pepe and mussels: tasty, but these also arrived a bit dry. An interesting note about the bread: we were told "we'll bring you some warm bread soon"... we expected it to be freshly baked, but instead it was lukewarm but cold in the middle—hard to understand why. The portions were still good, and the dishes were tasty overall. The unsolicited discount at the end was appreciated. Overall, a positive experience: we'll be back.

05/04/2026: The best restaurant in the area. Friendly staff, beautiful building, delicious food and easy parking. As a primi, we ordered the beetroot and goats cheese risotto which was sublime. The meat cart was really good but I saw some great secondi dishes going to the other tables, so I think I will try that next time. Both of our dessert were outstanding. I highly recommend this classy restaurant.

20/05/2026: The food was exquisite! They were special dishes, the kind you don't find in other restaurants. Particularly noteworthy: Tarte tatin ai funghi fonduta di Gorgonzola; Chicche con scalie di Roch; and Spaghetti con crema di piselli (green spaghetti). Excellent!

15/05/2026: The restaurant is very good with nice decor, but the service is extremely slow (over 20 minutes between each course (and coffee)) and not very pleasant (the waitress actually rolled her eyes when we dared to ask for coffee). As for the main courses, they are very small; if you order the set menu, they are acceptable, otherwise they are absolutely not worth 20 euros. The pasta with ragù, however, is excellent—the only positive point. Despite the very good food, we do not recommend it given the long wait and the poor quality of service.
