We were greeted warmly and served attentively. The restaurant is simple and well-kept. We ate very well and recommend the Barolo risotto.

We had dinner at Rossobarolo and had an excellent experience. Despite the late hour (9 pm, and other restaurants turned us away), they welcomed us and professionally advised us. The service and cuisine were impeccable. Congratulations.

My friends and I were in Barolo last weekend and stumbled upon this restaurant almost by chance; we couldn't have made a better choice! From the moment we entered, the atmosphere was welcoming, but what really made the difference was the staff, who were incredibly kind and attentive. The food? Simply divine. Each dish was carefully crafted and fantastically flavorful. The owners and staff are fabulous people who truly know how to make guests feel at home. It's rare to find such a perfect combination of quality cuisine and human warmth. We'll definitely be back! Highly recommended.

I went there last night for Valentine's Day and we had a great time!! Patrizia, the owner, is a wonderful, wonderful person, and she even made sure to introduce us to her husband, the chef. You'll definitely find quality, friendliness, and kindness. Highly recommended! ❤️

Restaurant serving traditional Piedmontese cuisine. Everything was delicious, especially the tongue with bagnetto verde sauce. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We'll be back again!
