We happened upon it for lunch by chance, on our way back from Milan to Cuneo.
It turned out to be a delightful stop: the atmosphere was refined, clean, and welcoming, with friendly staff.
Excellent food, with plenty of choices.
We had four traditional Piedmontese appetizers to share, which were truly delicious, as were the first course and the snails for the main course. The cannoli with seirass was out of this world.
The quality-price ratio was also excellent.
Since it's not that far from Cuneo, we'll be back.

Excellent cuisine, super friendly service, great value for money. The vitello tonnato and the panna cotta were the best I ate on this Italian holiday.

A beautiful restaurant in the city center, serving traditional dishes with a touch of sophistication. I had the butter and lavender plin, which were very fresh. The lavender flavor paired well without being too overpowering. The veal with tuna sauce was also delicious.
The restaurant is well-maintained, and the waitresses are very kind and attentive.

Excellent Piedmontese cuisine, top-quality ingredients expertly prepared! You can taste it!
The lady is always very nice and kind, always available to please the customer, as is the rest of the staff.
It's always nice to return to enjoy good food at this restaurant; for us, it's an oasis of peace! We really enjoy it, a simple and refined atmosphere where you feel pampered. Thank you, keep up the good work!

High quality, impeccable service, and the wait staff were extremely kind and knowledgeable. Highly recommended. The atmosphere is informal; we happened upon a table where a child's birthday was being celebrated, so it was a bit noisy, but normal. We'll definitely be back (from Liguria).
