An incredible variety of sauces to enhance your pasta!
There are hundreds: I think it's a record!
All the ones we chose (9 people) were excellent!
But of course, apart from this masterful selection, the choice of dishes is relatively limited, but of high quality.
The portions are generous: the plates are as deep as World War I helmets! 😁

Generous portions, with a choice of 100, 200, or 300 grams of pasta per person. For those who prefer a lighter option, they offer delicious salads. Children's menus are also available. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is clean and welcoming.

Very unique: you choose the type of pasta as the base, then there's a long list of toppings to pair with it, sorted by flavor intensity. You pay for the dish based on the topping you choose. The prices are more than reasonable and the portions are generous.

A highly recommended spaghetti restaurant!
Despite the large crowd, the service was quick and exceptionally friendly. The language barrier was handled charmingly and effortlessly. The selection of pasta and sauces is extensive – there's truly something for everyone. The mixed salad was wonderfully fresh, and the main courses (all with spaghetti and various sauces) were excellent. Centrally located on the main street, and with their delicious, homemade desserts, it was the perfect way to end the meal.

We traveled over 100km to enjoy this establishment's excellent cuisine.
By its very definition, we had a pasta lunch—excellent pasta, cooked perfectly al dente. You can choose the type of pasta (spaghetti, penne, fusilli, agnolotti, etc.) to pair with one of the countless sauces or gravies (over 300), and then choose the quantity: 100, 200, or 300 grams.
My heartfelt advice: do a tasting session so you can try multiple sauces rather than gorging on just one dish, although it can still be worth it, especially if you opt for the "Dio di mare" (sea god).
A welcoming place and extremely friendly staff—an experience worth trying and recommending.

We want to go back soon! There's a huge variety of pasta sauces, all worth trying, and the ingredients are top-quality! The desserts are also excellent!
Tip: The port sauce with bacon, onions, and pepper is a hit!
