09/09/2025: Tested in hotel and restaurant: for both: good value for money (small but modern room, clean and well equipped) with a special mention for the cuisine: traditional Piedmontese cuisine deliciously prepared from starter to dessert. Thanks to the owner. This establishment was a very pleasant surprise! Note: the owners are bilingual French.

14/10/2025: The most beautiful weekend immersed in nature, in a truly unique setting, for a truly enchanting experience. The hospitality was truly warm...and with an added bonus: pet-friendly, or perhaps even "animal-friendly"...the cuisine was excellent, with flavors new to me, completing the unique experience and delighting my palate. What can I say: top, top, top...

28/09/2025: This beautiful refuge is ideal for families with children or for those looking for a quick hike in the mountains. The view across the plain is stunning, there are plenty of tables on the terrace, the staff are very friendly, and the food is excellent. It can be reached via the main road. Those who prefer circular routes can ascend or descend through the beautiful forest.

02/11/2025: I went to dinner 1 week ago with a group of 12 of us. The service was impeccable, the pizza was very good, the starters were good, but when the first course arrived it was a terrible disappointment. I had spaghetti with clams, they tasted like anything but clams, the pasta arrived cold and the spaghetti tasted like butter with the cold clams added as decoration.

29/08/2025: A trattoria as it should be. Friendly host, minimally processed food (thanks to the superb ingredients), and that small-town pace "in the depths of the countryside," as Paolo Conte would say.

08/09/2025: We stopped for lunch at this restaurant and ate well, the service was impeccable, only the surprise at the end didn't really please us (€25 for 5 espressos, €9 for a glass of chardonnay and €14 for a small glass of grappa).

06/09/2025: The staff was unprofessional, I'm referring to the man who runs it, while the waitress was super nice and friendly. I had requested a table overlooking the balcony for a birthday party in advance, but I wasn't granted it even though they'd promised the opposite. I kept asking for the wine list, but it wasn't brought to me. The gentleman who I believe runs it, again, went on speakerphone, and honestly, it was quite disruptive. The food was pretty good, but I expected better. I ordered a 2021 wine, and they brought me a 2022. Bha.

18/10/2025: A wonderful atmosphere overlooking the ski lifts. Excellent food, perfectly representative of Piedmontese tradition. Welcoming and helpful staff. Fair prices and generous portions. We'll definitely be back; we had a great time.

14/10/2025: We were there for three baptisms on the same day. What can I say? It was a fantastic party, everything was top-notch, from the aperitif outside in the garden to the decor of the room, very simple and elegant. We ate very well, the waiters were all kind and polite. Since it was an Albanian party, we were able to see their customs and especially enjoy their dances. We spent almost a whole day there, the best, the wonderful chef who let loose on the dance floor. We weren't familiar with the place but we will definitely be back. Highly recommended.

03/08/2025: Siamo stati in questo ristorante con un buono regalo da 100 euro e l'esperienza è stata, purtroppo, molto deludente. L'organizzazione del servizio è risultata caotica, con tempi di attesa lunghi e una gestione delle portate che ci ha lasciati perplessi. I piatti serviti non hanno soddisfatto le aspettative: porzioni minuscole e presentazione sciatta, come se mancasse la cura che ci si aspetta da un ristorante di questo livello. Il vino proposto si è rivelato di scarsa qualità e non all'altezza del costo. La nota più dolente, però, è arrivata con il conto. Nonostante il buono da 100 euro, ci è stato chiesto un supplemento di 20 euro, portando il costo complessivo a ben 60 euro a persona. Un prezzo assolutamente sproporzionato per la qualità e la quantità di ciò che ci è stato offerto. Siamo usciti dal locale con la fame, sentendoci presi in giro. Spero che questa recensione possa essere un monito per i futuri avventori e uno stimolo per il ristorante a migliorare significativamente il proprio servizio e la qualità dell'offerta!
