13/07/2025: Cuneo always surprises us! On Saturday evening, during the Infiorata, we stopped for dinner at this trattoria, which is a trattoria in name only. We ate outdoors in a welcoming and quiet atmosphere, with a menu that wasn't entirely traditional. We really enjoyed the kindness and helpfulness of the hostess, and the excellent, timely service. Recommended for a couples dinner, given the lovely summer atmosphere.

09/07/2025: Roma is first and foremost a place where you feel at home, among friends. Pampered by Annalisa and Davide you can taste excellent traditional Piedmontese dishes, accompanied by wines chosen from a truly remarkable list. The offer of spirits is also excellent, to conclude the meal with dignity, priced appropriately for the offer without being expensive, in line with other restaurants in Cuneo of the same level. In my opinion one of the best restaurants in Cuneo.

25/05/2025: Over time, Nicolò's already excellent cuisine has improved even further. Also thanks to the addition of Andrea Serale to the staff, a talented promise of Italian cuisine, new flavors, new aromas enrich traditional dishes revisited with taste and curiosity. The wine list, curated by Carla, is decidedly richer, not so much in labels as in their quality, offering a variety of choices that can satisfy every palate - and every budget. Excellent, as always, the service, cared for with passion. The quality-price ratio, in my opinion, is excellent so I highly recommend Amae. Edit: Last supper, for me. For work reasons I will not be able to dine at amae, this week, and on Saturday they will close. What, in my opinion, was the best restaurant in Cuneo will close, and it's a real shame. You still have Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday to try it. Do it, it's worth it. Happy to have been able to go again this evening. Thanks Carla, Nico, Andre, Fra, Camma, Lara for the welcome and the cuddles, I will miss you.

25/06/2025: Food ok but limited choice Harsh service Is quite a tourist trap as driving there from alba (15min) you expect to eat with stunning view on langhe based on their photos but in the end you just eat on a traditional Italian piazza and zero view

07/07/2025: Excellent traditional Piedmontese food accompanied by an exhaustive explanation and a warm welcome from the staff and an excellent cellar of Piedmontese wines, we chose a sparkling wine from Alta Langa! The interior is beautiful with wooden coverings and tables and chairs from a typical old inn, the outdoor garden is also convenient for hot summer days.

15/07/2025: A typical truckers' and workers' inn. Homemade dishes, carefully cooked, a warm welcome from the staff, and the patience of an angel, as we came with our two-year-old son. And we had a great time. Thank you for your welcome!

11/07/2025: Trattoria dei Ronchi in Cuneo is a typical business lunch spot. Open only at noon, reservations are required. Excellent quality ingredients, fast service, and friendly staff. Outdoor seating is also available. Appetizer, main course, drink, and coffee for two = €26.

31/07/2025: Accueil chaleureux, avec le sourire ! Plats délicieux et copieux, excellents desserts, vue sublime, transats pour en profiter, bref, chouette expérience !

22/07/2025: We're located at 1,800 meters above sea level, offering a perfect view and, most importantly, surrounded by nature. It's an excellent stop for mountain bikers starting or returning from the Via del Sale, motorcyclists, and hikers, with the forts nearby. As for the food, there's no shortage of wait times, and reservations are recommended if you want to eat inside.

08/06/2025: Very disappointed by our experience in this restaurant, we often come from Paris to Carrù for the bollito misto, here nothing great in the gran bollito at 20€, 4 pieces of boiled tongue fight a duel with a mini sausage and a small piece of chicken, very few vegetables (4 pieces of zucchini), not the traditional puree, the tajarin is served without sauce, you have to ask for parmesan, the battuta ditto, you have to ask for salt, pepper and olive oil, and to finish the vitello tonnato is very discreet. The service is correct but very cold. To avoid!

28/07/2025: Amazing views, great service and delicious food. The knife cut tajarin with tomato sauce, basil and fresh herbs was outstanding for such an uncomplicated dish. Staff at the restaurant and hotel were helpful and very friendly. We loved our stay there while we toured the area sampling the wines and cuisine.

26/07/2025: Significantly more expensive than the average Langhe restaurant, it's worth every penny and more. Traditional dishes are brought to the highest level, with plenty of options that aren't purely traditional, but even more refined (e.g., the wonderful gnocchi with asparagus). The final pastry is also splendid. The view from the terrace is wonderful. Definitely one of the best lunches of my life.

14/07/2025: We had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant three times in a row during a stay in the Langhe... and each time was a different, surprising, and perfectly executed experience. Balcone sulle Langhe is a family-run restaurant, lovingly curated down to the smallest detail: the atmosphere is intimate, welcoming, and authentic, with a discreet elegance that immediately puts you at ease. The cuisine is refined, attentive, and at times even creative, yet always deeply rooted in the local area. The passion and expertise of those working in the kitchen are clearly evident: every dish was tasty, engaging, and never predictable. I hadn't eaten so well in a long time. Sincere thanks to all the staff—always present, but never intrusive—and especially to Federico, whose kind and warm welcome, helpfulness, and friendliness immediately made the experience even more special. I recommend this restaurant without hesitation—try it and believe it.

22/05/2025: After having dinner two nights in a row we can confirm our first impression: fabulous cuisine. My mother, my little Matilde and I fell in love with this beautiful place. The cuisine is delicious, refined, with attention to detail from taste to presentation. Thanks for the welcome, friendliness and kindness of the owner. I recommend it and we will definitely be back!
