30/03/2025: An absolutely must. Pierre is beyond! His story and experience is may the with some of the best. A foodie meal with high end touches yet approachable and delicious at the same time. You shouldn’t miss eating here. The atmosphere is perfect upscale with high ceilings and all around Italian touches. We can’t recommend this enough. Drooling over the best homemade pasta, wine, and dessert. They find was fresh and local at the time and offer specials off of that. They find local some vintage wines for those that ask. This was our favorite meal on our northern Italia trip. We can’t wait to come back!

28/02/2025: Entrare nel ristorante ed essere avvolti da un ambiente bello e confortevole è già un buon inizio, il seguito è un susseguirsi di bontà di benvenuto e di pietanze eseguite ad arte. Non è solo un ristorante dove "si mangia bene, ma un luogo dove chi accoglie sa come far star bene. Il saluto dello chef la chicca finale. Complimenti a tutti davvero.

22/02/2025: Cibo ottimo e abbondante in un locale vecchio stile. Purtroppo le persone lasciano recensioni negative molto ingiuste pensando "al chihuahua in giardino" o senza capire che in una trattoria dal sapore antico non ci sono camerieri cerimoniosi da serie tv, ma persone reali. Una garanzia!

27/03/2025: By pure coincidence, we arrived in Fossano. Our initial destination was home in Savona, but due to some vicissitudes we exited at the Fossano toll booth. Considering the time, we decided to stop for dinner and, by chance, we came across this pizzeria run by young guys. The pizzas were excellent, the staff extremely kind and attentive, and the prices really fair. I highly recommend this welcoming pizzeria. If in the future we find ourselves in Fossano again, it will definitely be a must-stop!

15/03/2025: EVERYTHING PERFECT. The Friciulè are incredible, the pizza is light, tasty and delicious, the profiteroles has homemade cream puffs that are out of this world. The staff is very kind and smiling and the environment is detailed and functional. We will definitely return

11/03/2025: A true taste experience!" We went to this restaurant for dinner and left fully satisfied! The quality of the meat is truly exceptional: cooked to perfection, tender and tasty. Every cut we tried was tasty and succulent, accompanied by equally delicious and well-prepared side dishes. The staff was courteous and attentive, ready to recommend the best dishes and explain the different types of meat available. The atmosphere is welcoming and warm, perfect for an evening with friends. The quality-price ratio is also excellent, considering the quality of the raw materials and the abundance of the portions. There is no shortage of wine labels. Highly recommended for those who love meat and want to live an authentic and genuine culinary experience!

10/04/2025: Dinner with friends, a place organized in two shifts. Modern and well located, shame about the placemats. Abundant food and good table service to be reviewed by virtue of the fact that having to free the table at 2115 they cannot bring the last course at 2105... After requests from us. 16/02/2025: 14 febbraio io e mio marito abbiamo deciso di andare a cenare in questo ristorante, siamo stati accolti dal responsabile di sala persona molto gentile e disponibile. La cena è stata veramente bella per non parlare poi dei piatti preparati dal cuoco Roberto buoni e ben presentati, insomma nell' insieme tutto perfetto!!

01/02/2025: Siamo stati per cena, in quanto ospiti in un beb nelle vicinanze. Siamo stati accolti coi nostri due cani senza problemi. Siamo vegetariani e il menù é stato variato per le nostre esigenze senza problemi dal cuoco. Ravioles ottime come tutto il resto e porzioni abbondanti! Ho visto qualche recensione negativa per la strada per arrivare al locale: siamo in montagna, non é un'autostrada a tre corsie, ma per chi ha conseguito la patente di guida dovrebbe essere fattibile!!!!

10/04/2025: Hier wird richtige piemontesische Küche serviert - alle Klassiker aus dem Piemont (sogar im April waren die Trüffel noch schmackhaft), tolle lokale Weinkarte, schönes Ambiente, guter Service.

05/01/2025: Chosen so randomly on the road to Barolo, it turned out to be a real surprise! Everything perfect from the appetizer to the dessert through to the wine. I think the best plin I've eaten, certainly the best chocolate and salted caramel cake and probably also the best dessert I've ever had. Congratulations indeed!

05/01/2025: Scelto così a caso sulla strada per barolo sì è rivelato una vera sorpresa! Tutto perfetto dall'antipasto al dolce passando per il vino. Credo i migliori plin che ho mangiato, sicuramente il miglior tortino cioccolato e caramello salato e probabilmente anche il miglio dolcetto che abbia bevuto. Complimenti
