10/07/2025: The gelato is simply exceptional: creamy, intense, and made with the highest-quality ingredients. You can immediately taste the passion and care it takes to make it. The fruit flavors are incredibly fresh and natural, while the cream flavors are rich and indulgent—the pistachio, in particular, is to die for! The staff is friendly and helpful, always ready to offer advice. The atmosphere is refined and clean, perfect for a sweet break. Highly recommended for those who love authentic artisanal gelato. I'll definitely be back!

21/08/2025: Genola's Teatro della Carne is one of those places that can transform a birthday party into a little show: the table is the stage, the curtain rises on the aromas of Piedmontese cuisine, and the actors are the dishes, the true protagonists of a memorable evening. Our company was welcomed into the wine bar, a secluded corner that is both intimate and spectacular. To call the food "good" would be an understatement: here, meat reigns supreme, but every detail of the menu speaks of care and passion. A trio of appetizers served on a single plate—accompanied by baskets of fragrant olive, walnut, and whole wheat bread—opened the evening with a perfect balance of flavor and tradition. Then came the chef's ravioli, small handmade works of art: the thin, yellow pasta enveloped a rich, intense filling that tasted of home and craftsmanship. And then there was the second course of potatoes with their skins smothered in sand, seemingly simple but actually irresistible, right up to the final dessert: a full-flavored, authentic cow's milk ice cream that concluded the dinner with an almost poetic delicacy. The Teatro della Carne is not just any restaurant: it's an experience, a tale of aromas, tradition, and pure pleasure!

30/07/2025: The meat isn't up to the level of Cuneo's finest, and the cooking and cutting methods are far from what one would call excellent. The Amalfi Tagliata...which is ground beef instead of a true tagliata. Even the classic tagliata, a distant relative of a tagliata worthy of the name.

07/09/2025: The trattoria was amazing, I stopped in on the side of the road on my way to Cannes. Manu and the other staff there were very friendly, and the food was great too. It's also nice to see a small traditional family owned restaurant. Would definitely recommend. I was also lucky to be able to hear the singing of the local performer there Giorgio.

30/07/2025: A trattoria serving home-style cuisine with outdoor seating. Generous, well-cooked dishes are served with a fixed menu offering excellent value. The staff are very friendly and hardworking. Highly recommended.

22/07/2025: We're located at 1,800 meters above sea level, offering a perfect view and, most importantly, surrounded by nature. It's an excellent stop for mountain bikers starting or returning from the Via del Sale, motorcyclists, and hikers, with the forts nearby. As for the food, there's no shortage of wait times, and reservations are recommended if you want to eat inside.

05/07/2025: The piadina is very good, but unfortunately there is poor organization, especially during aperitifs. I waited 15 minutes for a bottle of water.

08/09/2025: Congratulations on your commitment and dedication, but there's a lot to review: appetizers are good, some excellent, but served in biblical times. After an hour and a half of appetizers, including the delicious focaccia, the first courses arrive, once again spaced out too far apart and not up to the standard of the appetizers. We skipped the main course and cheese, partly because it had been more than three hours since the meal began. We went straight for dessert and coffee. At 4:00 PM, practically exhausted and with hearing pain from the terrible acoustics, we headed out. As I said, there's a lot to review and improve.

07/09/2025: Wow what an amazing expierence. You arrive, you sit, and you eat whats coming. 8 lunch courses, 4 hours 😳 and it was all perfect 👌🏼 The food, the wine, the service, the people… Truly magnificent!

17/09/2025: Staying at this beautiful castle is a unique, first class experience. It has grand, historical and elegant features that even a well-seasoned traveler won't experience anywhere else. Among their many features are beautifully decorated, large guest rooms with views of the nearby vineyards and fields; fine restaurants, perfectly manicured gardens; and a spa complex that is out of this world. Even for those who do not wish to do tastings in the regional Borolo and Barbaresco wine country, it is also a fine self-care destination of its own. The spa complex offers massages, a gorgeous pool set into a cave, a salt cave for enhanced respiration, an ice room, and a pretty lounge area with views of the valley. We had a blast sampling their hot-and-cold water filled stone path, designed to increase circulation. With only 13 guest rooms in the castle, we felt like the place was just for us! Above all is the truly exceptional service that makes you feel like a king or queen in the castle. From the thorough and accommodating housekeeping staff to the friendly and dedicated restaurant staff and the front desk people who will go to the ends of the earth for you while making you feel that it was no trouble at all, these castle "family members" are 5-star people all the way. I would be remiss to not include the general manager, who had an informative, professional, elegant presence, and under whose direction this hotel shines brightly. Bravo to all of you!

16/08/2025: I found some crafty employees who ripped me off with the prices... they charged me for a plain flatbread as if it were a custom-made one... a PRICE difference of ALMOST 1.20 EUROS... the next day they offered me the rolled flatbread, which carries a 1.50 euro surcharge but is more filling... I accepted... and on delivery? Plus? The classic flatbread and the same filling... even... I snapped... Good, yes... stupid, no... I should point out that I often stop by for work... and only 1 out of all the employees is cois... I won't name names... but the others are very kind... so watch out for the curvier ones... otherwise, the food is good.

13/09/2025: This ice cream shop in Vicoforte is a sight to behold! Nestled in a magnificent forest, in a setting reminiscent of ancient baths, you can enjoy truly special ice creams: delicious and made by true artists. Truly, they're brilliant!
