Stefano is a very good chef, and experience his kitchen is something nice to do. The wife is a perfect host and they both are very kind. We only have an issue with a table of two people keeping chatting loud on speaker phone… not really a perfect background in such a beautiful place

Prestigious environment and exclusive location

A delicious lunch in a fairytale location. A pleasant experience with my brothers-in-law and cousins. Every dish was exquisite, starting with the rich welcome aperitif with countless appetizers, each more delicious than the last, followed by a lasagna with root vegetables, mushrooms, and anchovy sauce that was simply marvelous. The second course was a rich duck à l'orange, and to finish, a dessert that for us Piedmontese is truly the best: hazelnut cake, zabaglione, creamy hazelnut gelato...the best. As a final treat, many small sweet bites...wonderful. Chef Stefano came to chat with us right at the table, which we really appreciated. What can I say...go there as soon as you can, I'll be back soon!

Let the chef guide you... "blindly"! Everything was perfect, from the welcome to the farewell. We'd been wanting to try Chef Paganini's cuisine for a long time, and we took advantage of the opportunity during a visit from abroad. We trusted the chef, choosing the menu blindly, and were absolutely delighted: the dishes were beautiful, tasty, and well-balanced. The vegetable element (which I adore) was always present. It was relaxing to trust the chef's experience and discover, course after course, what he had in store for us. Perfect for those who live in the area and want a carefully prepared menu that breaks away from classic Piedmontese cuisine. The dining room, located inside the castle, is elegant, and the atmosphere is welcoming and relaxed. The service was efficient, kind, and cheerful. The chef came to serve us the main course and greeted us as we left (also leaving us a sweet gift for our host). The bill was absolutely reasonable. It was a wonderful Sunday, and we'll definitely be back!

We took advantage of a gift certificate for a dinner for two that included water, a welcome appetizer, a first course, a second course, and a dessert. Each course was simply exceptional: an explosion of flavors, meticulously crafted from the presentation to the quality of the ingredients. But what made the evening even more special was the impeccable attention. We were personally looked after by Stefano Paganini and his sweet wife, who throughout the service made us feel pampered and truly welcomed. Even in a restaurant of this caliber, kindness, thoughtfulness, and genuine care for the guest were never lacking. We felt like very few places manage to make their customers feel special. An unforgettable experience that we wholeheartedly recommend.

The atmosphere was wonderful. The food was excellent, and as a bonus, the chef explained in detail all the secrets of white truffles.
