Last night my wife and I went with a couple of friends to this excellent restaurant. My wife and I each ordered a 650g steak, and our friends a meat tasting menu. While waiting for our friends' appetizers, we decided to add a mixed cheese platter. I wanted to point out that the cheeses, in addition to being delicious, came with a tag specifying the type of cheese, all accompanied by two small jars of jam and honey, and homemade breadsticks and bread on the table. When the meat arrived, it was already pre-sliced ​​on the bone and ready to be enjoyed on a large platter. It was simply delicious, tender, flavorful, and just the right amount of fat, ready to be seasoned to taste with the salt and pepper flakes provided. The same was true for our friends, who enjoyed everything from the appetizer, to the two types of steak, to dessert. Finally, to round off the evening, we had a lemon and mango sorbet laced with vodka—amazing. They also paired it with bitters made with centuries-old herbs, served with crunchy caramel popcorn. We've given 3 stars for the atmosphere, as the room didn't seem to be adequately air-conditioned, perhaps because yesterday was a particularly hot day. Definitely worth repeating, and the same goes for our friends.

It had been years since we'd been to this restaurant, and we were happy to return, remembering the good experience we had in the past. We know the management has changed, but unfortunately, this time we were disappointed. We chose the second menu and added veal with tuna sauce: it tasted good, but the meat was too thickly sliced ​​and difficult to chew. The potatoes seemed reheated, and the dessert was mediocre. Overall, we expected a different quality.

New management tried for the first time (unfortunately only now...)...truly excellent!!! Courteous, knowledgeable and friendly staff, very well-kept environment, extensive and interesting menu... new young and truly capable owner, thanks guys, a lunch worthy of 10 and praise! See you next time 😉

Everything was perfect, quality meat cooked with great skill. Recommended for all meat lovers. The price was super fair.

In November 2025 (last photo collage), we enjoyed a wonderful tasting menu for two (+ water + cover charge €98) and were truly delighted, primarily for the quality and deliciousness of the products, but also for the customer service, demonstrated by the kindness and attentiveness of the wait staff. Yesterday, March 28, 2026, we returned to try the new tasting menu, which always proves to be very affordable and optimally structured. To the appetizer of Carpaccio and Diced Tomato, we also added Vitello Tonnato, always incredibly tender and with a truly tuna-like sauce (often elsewhere it tastes like mayonnaise). (Tasting menu + Vitello Tonnato + cover charge + water €115) I'd highlight the cover charge: only €2.50 per person. In addition to various dish substitutions, it includes high-quality olive oil, Maldon salt, a basket of bread and breadsticks that are promptly replaced by the staff before you even run out, and caramel popcorn (incredible) at the end of the meal, as well as incredible customer service! All for the same price as a regular pizzeria. Chef Mattia Ciarmoli is very young and always kind; he has an impeccable selection of meats, always perfectly cut and cooked. The "Germoglio" dessert amazed us the first time, and pampered us the second time! It might be interesting to try it in other flavors besides passion fruit!

We booked online on the way back from a day in the snow. Everything was perfect. The meat was good quality. The appetizers were delicious: herb flan with Parmigiano Reggiano fondue and crispy onions, diced raw beef, and veal with tuna sauce.

Exceptional meat! We went here with a child, and there were excellent options on the menu for him too. The quality of the meat is truly perfect; I loved it. The staff is incredibly kind and professional. I recommend this place to everyone!
