Fine dining, prepared with great attention to detail and the finest ingredients. A constantly changing menu. A pleasant atmosphere in a central location with charming service. Prices are rather high for Alba, making it a truly unique experience.

Always a certainty to dine at Musi in Alba, class, goodness and cordiality. Maybe a little too hot in the outdoor area but everything else perfect.

The food was beautiful to look at and delicious. The Coperto bread was also very tasty.

Superlative dinner, we chose the tasting menu! The meat tartare with truffle was excellent, but the Tajarin with butter and truffle were a surprise! Excellent service!!!!

A modern, retro, welcoming place with a warm atmosphere, all thanks to the waitresses who, in addition to being very kind, are very professional! The food is praiseworthy, but then again I didn't expect anything else from chef Daniele, a restaurant professional! His cuisine is worth trying: The delicacy of the battina with hazelnut wafer, the freshness of the spaghetti with tartare, the play of textures of the octopus, the incredible flavor of the spit-roasted tongue (the dish that surprised us the most)... Traditional dishes with a touch of modernity that takes them to a higher level, creations by the chef where every bite is an explosion of flavors! The bill is a bit high, but quality has to be paid for!

Locale molto bello nel centro di Alba. Piatti molto buoni e curati nei dettagli. Si percepisce che dietro c’è molta ricerca e voglia di proporre la tradizione in chiave più moderna.
