20/03/2025: Nice experience, Sunday lunch with wife and friends. Classic trattoria, menu also classic but done well and generous portions. Good mixed fried food. Booking recommended, rightly it was really full. Fair price of the menu, with a bottle included for every 4 people.

12/04/2025: Siamo in autostrada, verso le 12.00 decidiamo di fermarci a pranzo, subito dopo ci appare l'indicazione stradale Carru'. Usciamo e non conoscendo il luogo, facciamo capo all'intuito per la scelta. Passiamo davanti alla trattoria "Vascello d'Oro" e decidiamo di fidarci del nostro intuito (non sempre va bene). Entriamo ed il primo impatto ci piace. Ci accomodiamo al tavolo, menù molto ristretto con piatti tipici Piemintesi. Carta dei Vini con poche etichette, quasi tutte locali se escludiamo lo Champagne. Io, inizio con un vitello tonnato, veramente eccellente per cottura e preparazione. Mia moglie, sceglie un tortino con carciofi e fonduta. Vado aventi con agnolotti al Ragù. Come secondo la "finanziera", piatto che non vedevo realizzato da secoli. Qui servono un piatto tradizionale ed antico piemontese: "Batsua". Tradotto, calze di seta. Piedini di maiale affettati ed impanati. Abbiamo bevuto un ottimo Dogliani (dolcetto). Arrivederci.

13/02/2025: Parcheggio comodo nelle vie circostanti, grande veranda chiusa calda ben riscaldata, da un ottima visuale verso l'esterno anche se attorniata di palazzi. Tavoli apparecchiati con tovaglie e tovaglioli in stoffa di qualità così come la posateria. Abbiamo preso pesce spada e tonno alla griglia con una big insalatona. Tutto ottimo piatti ben presentati, porzioni generose. Personale cordiale forse poco dinamico ma molto gentile e premuroso. Per me buon ristorante. Metti é utile se hai gradito la recensione

Convenient parking too, digital menu... in short, all you can eat, fast, pleasant and of excellent quality. Average price (around 15 euros plus drinks). Pleasant, clean, open kitchen.

The place is very beautiful and the owners very helpful. The price is absolutely appropriate for the menu and the location! Absolutely a place where we will return!!! 🔝

23/03/2025: An excellent Sunday lunch, satisfied both us adults and children. As read in other reviews, the menu is fixed (although I believe it varies slightly from day to day) with 6 appetizers, 2 first courses, 2 second courses, 1 side dish and 3 desserts for 25 euros. All good, with a special note for the appetizers. The environment is very informal and homely, the staff very kind. We will definitely be back!

23/03/2025: Today I went to eat at Aimo I had a great meal, set menu 5 starters, 3 first courses, 2 second courses and 3 desserts, water and wine with coffee and bitters offered, paid 25 euros per person, fast service

22/03/2025: Cold, aseptic environment like the owner; I express my disappointment and the gentleman replies that with a glass of wine I will find the right temperature and the environment will warm up... raw Russian salad not at all associated with a tasteless mayonnaise... the normal first courses... what a shame, not to see the historic owners again, at least we could have a laugh.
