28/05/2026: A true trattoria. Found by chance during a motorcycle tour of the Langhe. An entrance with a bar and wine displays; two small rooms, one larger and with a fireplace. Elegant, rustic furnishings. The menu is strictly traditional Langhe. Excellent wine selection. Large and delightful outdoor seating area in front of the entrance. Courteous and professional staff. Worth a stop. I returned with my daughter. I reiterate my opinion. 🔝

The menu is perfect, from appetizers (their truly special focaccia) to dessert. I really appreciated the owner, Mr. Gianfranco,'s attentiveness to my son's request—a boy who's almost 7 years old and has a huge ice cream craving. Although it's not on the dessert menu, he served him homemade hazelnut and fior di latte ice cream at the end of the meal (obviously delicious). Hats off! I'll definitely be back. Highly recommended.

15/05/2026: The gelateria is located in the newer part of Mondovì and is always worth stopping by for a gelato, even inside if you prefer. The consistency, variety, and originality of the flavors, and above all, the taste of "old-fashioned" milk make all the difference. The owners are truly kind and patient, even with the most hesitant of customers. The product's success is confirmed by the constant flow of customers.

We ate wonderfully, with carefully prepared and truly delicious dishes. ​The location is an added bonus: the view, surrounded by greenery, is beautiful and creates a relaxing and rejuvenating atmosphere. A very positive note: since it was in season, we were also able to buy strawberries and asparagus directly from them, which were simply delicious, fresh, and locally sourced. ​Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back!

10/04/2026: We spent a night in this beautiful and welcoming property, located in the city center, just steps from the port. The room was spacious, very well-maintained, and clean. The owner was extremely kind, always attentive to our needs, and available. Highly recommended!

05/03/2026: An unpleasant experience, bordering on decency. It is unacceptable for a Michelin-starred restaurant not to notify its customers of the kitchen's early closing time. The restaurant has posted hours, and if it decides to change its hours DURING the evening, it is required to notify its customers. After ordering several appetizers and four of the five proposed first courses, a €150 bottle, we ordered a second bottle of wine, also €150. We had already mentioned in the dining room that we would also like to try the second courses, their cheeses, and their desserts. When we asked for them, they told us the chef had left; it was 9:56 PM! Incredulous at what we had heard, especially given the time, we decided to leave. The waitress returned, telling us she had reprimanded the chef "by the hair" (a surreal scene with a total lack of professionalism, with the chef in plain clothes giving us a nasty look). We refused and asked for the bill upfront, sending back the second bottle of wine. The scene had surprised and disappointed us greatly. Total chaos ensued; none of the staff in the dining room were able to handle the situation. When we asked to pay the bill (€360), they held us up at the cashier because no one knew how to proceed; they had to call the manager, who wasn't there. When we asked to pay without a discount because we wanted to leave, they told us they didn't know what to do, and we had to wait. After a 20-minute wait, they gave us a 16.67% discount, or €60, and gave us three packs of tajarin with two biscuits. We felt truly cheated, not to mention mocked because we left hungry. Even more painfully, we paid in cash; they left us a bill, not a receipt. Shameful, never again.

I'll start by saying that I always give 5-star reviews because I believe hard work should always be rewarded and never undermined... but I have to admit that paying 25 euros for a salad (the one in the photo... not the nouvelle cousine or special salad with imported salmon) and a glass of Chardonnay... seems really excessive! I've never paid so much for a salad and a glass of wine, not in Milan, Nice, Mykonos, or Ibiza! It's perfectly fair to charge 30 or 40 euros for a dish that deserves it, but a salad for lunch in Bossolasco is still a salad for lunch in Bossolasco.

02/05/2026: We wanted to tour the beautiful Langhe and found this place very charming. Modern and very clean. Excellent service, truly excellent quality of ingredients. A traditional dish with a trio of appetizers, ravioli del plin, sliced ​​Fassona beef, and panna cotta with honey. We drank Barolo, all their own production. A truly positive experience! We promised ourselves we'd return for the winery tour and another wonderful lunch!

The atmosphere was modern and designer, and there was an entire wine cellar (they are direct producers) to visit and taste. Another highlight is the location, just outside the town of Barolo, which allows for convenient parking. Well done.
