A truly wonderful restaurant, featured in the Michelin Guide. A genuine gastronomic experience, excellent Piedmontese cuisine, with a surf and turf menu for 45 euros. Very good value for money. The vaulted setting is magnificent and the service impeccable. Don't hesitate!

A trattoria where you're welcomed with kindness and professionalism, the atmosphere is comfortable and homey, and the spacious rooms allow for conversation without having to raise your voice too much. The kitchen offers three tasting menus where tradition reigns supreme. You can also order the same dishes offered on the menu à la carte. I'll start with the end: the plate with the 4 small (?!) samples was a great success, both for the concept (who wouldn't want to try several desserts at the end of the meal but for obvious reasons only orders one?) and for the taste!!! A 10. The plin were good, and the sauce, made with ossobuco ragù and pecorino cheese, was even better. The veal with tuna sauce was exactly what I expected: tradition and deliciousness! All the other dishes enjoyed by our other guests were also highly rated. Recommended 🔝
